My modern studio bedroom is located in the heart of Yerevan & a newly constructed building on Buzand 17 street with 24/7 security next to Republic Square. There are 2 elevators in the building. Free street parking available. You'll love this location because all points of interest are within a walking distance. Public transport stops are in close vicinity. It's close to the city center, parks & cafes/restaurants. You’ll love It because of the neighborhood, comfy bed, the kitchen & the coziness.

The space
This studio has a very beautiful view, nice living area with Sofa and Chairs, double-bed, Kitchen with all amenities like Plates, Pans, Pots, also Washing machine, Iron, heating system, air conditioner, and Hairdryer are available. There are also TV 32” LED, Wi-Fi, bed linens, and towels are provided for free. Nearby there are many Supermarkets, a currency exchange office, and many good restaurants.
