This beautiful, spacious, newly-remodeled 110 sq. meter (1200 sq. feet) apartment is centrally-located in the heart of Yerevan and has special charm and character!
The apartment is on the second floor of a four story building. There is no elevator. The apartment is newly remodeled and all the appliances are brand new. It has two large bedrooms with two beds each, two bathrooms, outdoor balcony, fully equipped kitchen, and a living room with a Smart TV connected to the free Wi-Fi internet.
There is also free dedicated parking for your convenience.
The apartment features a beautiful balcony overlooking the park. Picture yourself sipping your morning coffee or evening glass of wine, as you watch people stroll by in central Yerevan.
You can smoke on the balcony, however it is forbidden to smoke inside the apartment.
It is only a 5 minute walk to the Republic Square, Opera Theatre, and several museums. It is also a close walk to the famous wine street, steps from the Four Seasons café, several restaurants and 24-hour grocery stores.
We'd also be happy to offer you a ride to and from the airport for a small fee.
