The mountain summer and winter!

Ski from door to door by "la Piste": ski down to the gondola and Bettex and return to the chalet. The Bettex 1450m then the Mont d'Arbois 1850m cable car, the departure for a whole day of skiing "Grande Evasion" 450 km of slopes! Liaison with Mont d'Arbois Megève and its tracks. Chamonix at 20km, Les Houches at 10km, Megève at 8km. Local for skis and boots at the start / finish level. Ground floor of the chalet.
Garage on the left going down to the, outdoor parking. Only the places without a sign (reservé or immatriculation n°) are free to park. Heated swimming pool in summer, open from late June to mid September.
In quiet residence with caretaker, on the mountainside and overlooking the very family town of Saint Gervais-les-Bains and the mountains: Les Fizz, Aiguille du Bionnassay, Dôme of Miage, Town Center a 15 minuts walk away by Track.
Nice studio of 31m2 on 2 levels (5 steps), sunny in the morning. Direct access from outside. Entrance, cabin with window and bunk beds (the upper bed is not usable by an adult for security reasons 58kg max). Bathroom / shower / WC and washing machin. A large living room, fully equipped kitchenette, combined oven 4 pers./ microwave / grill, 2 electric rings Induction, dishwasher, various coffee makers (Krups Nespresso, italian and piston) toaster, dining table, iron and ironing board, sofa bed, TV with DVD player and WIFI. Large balcony with dining table, 4 armchairs, big multifunctional oven and parasol.
You will find in the apartment non-perishable kitchen basics such as oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, pasta, rice, coffee, Nescafe capsules, cocoa, sopalin, tabs for dishwasher, garbage bags and toilet paper. Tea towels and bath mats included. Thank you to warn if necessary. You will find a duvet of 220x240 for the sofa bed of 140x200 and 4 indiv. duvets 140x200 for the bunk beds of 80x190. Video tapes, adult and children's books, board games.
Minimum age of renters 24 years old. No parties. No animals. No smoking.
