This 34 m² air-conditioned T2 apartment offers a glazed loggia and a 12 m² furnished terrace. On the 2nd floor with a lift, the residence has a shared swimming pool open in high season. On the night side, 1 bedroom with a (140 cm) bed and a (140 cm) sofa bed. The shower room has a nice shower. Separate toilet. Washing machine and television. The equipped kitchen has 4 ceramic hobs, a small fridge, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a NESCAFE coffee maker and a toaster. Collective open-air parking. No designated parking space.
