The loft is a 100m2 (approx. 1100 ft2) design apartment and has been entirely refurbished with high quality standards and materials.

It is composed of a large living room with convertible queen size sofa, an open kitchen with all equipments (fridge, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, microwave, kettle, cooking plate, ...). There is also a bar area for guests who like to have their meals this way.

A dining area with 8 chairs and a desk with brand new iMac are also in the living room.

There are 2 double bedrooms with 4-star queen size beds (160x200) and personal wardrobe. The bedroom in the mezzanine also has a small sofa and armchair, as well as a flat screen TV with 100+ channels.

1 bathroom with large shower area and 1 separate toilet are available as well.

The loft is at the ground floor with access from the courtyard, which is very convenient for people who are not comfortable with stairs. The building is very quiet. Curtains are available for each windows so you can have full privacy and darkness.

The air conditioning is available in the mezzanine only. There is an additional fan downstairs.

Roomy loft Apartment

Good neighborhood, very safe and the courtyards were very pretty. Excellent restaurants within walking distance of the apartment. Lots of room in the apartment for a family of 5! Florian was very responsive to our requests and was easy to work with.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful apartment. The neighborhood is vibrant yet tranquil. The courtyard is filled with beautiful plants & the apartment is away from the street which makes it very quiet inside. Everything is as pictured or better, and it is well stocked with supples.

Amazing Stay

Excellent property in a convenient location close to the Republique metro station. The apartment has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The beds are great and always nice to have a washer/dryer. Plenty of space for a family of 5 with two teenagers. Florian had a detailed arrival email and everything went smooth. Would certainly stay here again. It was a great location to explore the city either by walking or using the metro.

Exactly what we needed

We enjoyed our stay. It was just what we needed for two nights. Great location near lots of cafes/restaurants and easy to get to subway. Very quiet when you entered the foyer area. There were a few tears in the furniture but it didn’t bother us. Lots of space for 4 people. Florian was always very responsive to my questions.

Great loft in an awesome location. Very clean and comfortable. Florian was very attentive and quick to respond. Only the loft bedroom had AC so the house was hot but there were fans which helped. Overall, we would recommend. Thanks for a nice visit.

Very comfy home like

This was an amazing comfortable setting ! Absolutely beautiful & enjoyable . It had lots of amenities and my kids were in love . The only wish was that the host finds out the primary language in advance for each guests because we had an impossible time trying to change the setting to English for the television , maybe in the future it can be set by the host before arrival … also we would have liked some lamp shades in the bedroom for the light bulbs on the end tables . Other wise this stay was amazing

The French Dip

Great communication with owner, very easy check. The apartment is rather large. I was travel with an elderly parent, so access with few steps was important. There is a ground floor bedroom and only one step inside the apartment on the ground making it easy to get around. The upstairs bedroom has a low ceiling and offers a/c. The apartment would benefit by adding a wall mirror to free-up the bathroom during busy mornings and replace the living room chair with torn arms. Otherwise, a perfect place to stay in Paris.

not clean, not one extra towel, we had to buy our own toilet paper, the furniture in the living space was torn, broken and brutally uncomfortable the temperature upstairs was broiling and downstairs was cold Based on this stay, I would not use VRBO again The location was the only plus

Coralie, I never had problems with any guest in my flat. You arrived and complained about the lock which works totally fine! Then you asked for more toilet paper (i put 3 rolls). Then you complained about towels (i put 8 towels !) our cleaner came back the day after to bring more towels (at our Cost). Then you complained about the shower. We came the day after to check it. I’m sorry you did not like your experience at my flat but given the amount of happy guests here, i don’t think you’ll enjoy any place in the world. Some people are never happy that’s it…

Cute city apartment in good location

Our family stayed at the property for three nights in August. The property manager was extremely responsive and came out the following day to fix a few minor issues. The apartment is new with comfortable beds and everything you need to live like a Parisian. It is in a good location in the Marais and we could walk to the Louvre in approximately 10 minutes, but there’s a metro stop a block away. Very clean and convenient. The apartment was originally described as a 3 bedroom. It is only 2 bedrooms with a pullout couch. Given that we were traveling with 3 adults and 2 kids, this was an unwelcome surprise, although admittedly I didn’t catch this in the description of the rental where it was disclosed. The owner has since revised to indicate there are only 2 bedrooms.

Easy and awesome

Great location super modern apartment in well maintained quiet complex. Check in process and use of ammenities was so straightforward that no stress was involved in the stay. Close walking distance to various supermarkets (including three Marks and Spencer food halls that allowed us to cater our own meals with English ingredients lists). All three beds were super comfortable and had lovely linen. Shower was hot and had great pressure. Kitchen was suitable to cook our family meals and was easy to keep clean (as was the whole apartment). Wifi was fast and uninterrupted. Easy access to either walk, metro or Uber around Paris. The heatwave had passed so we coped with the one A/C unit in the mezzanine bedroom, this could be the only downside if Summer was at its peak. The owners were prompt in responding at time of booking. They processed the deposit refund quickly. The instructions provided were so clear that we didn’t need to contact them again. They have really excelled in both providing a lovely apartment and managing it very professionally.

Il y a un effort à faire pour l'entretien des équipements et la propreté. Mon avis est que le(s) propriétaires laissent les clés au personnel sans jamais y faire un tour, ce qui leur permettrait de constater, qui, des verrous qui déconnent, qui une fenêtre qui ne ferme pas, qui un oreiller maculé de sang au fond d'un placard.Je note 4 car il y a quand même beaucoup de choses positives.
