This quiet, dog-friendly townhome is perfect for your next family retreat in Ketchum! At the end of a day full of activity, the private hot tub is ideal to relax those tired muscles. The large heated garage has plenty of room even with a large SUV, which makes it perfect for a family trip. After a day of skiing, you can come back to a carpeted area with a bench as well as clothes and ski racks for six. This changing area has it all including boot warmers! Spread out in the comfortable living room area, light up the gas fireplace, and start planning tomorrow's adventures as you all enjoy a delicious snack prepared in the fully-equipped kitchen or challenge each other at one of the many board games available. This three-story retreat also features a convenient balcony equipped with a gas grill and an outdoor dining area in case you fancy having your meals with a view.

Year-round this location is hard to beat! Located at the intersection of Wood River Dr. and Bird Dr., this complex is also next to the bike path which, in the winter, is groomed for skiing. You'll be walking distance to the River Run side of Bald Mountain and the River Run Lifts. You can walk to Downtown Ketchum, about a half a mile away, and take advantage of the plentiful options for shopping, dining, and entertainment. Just a little further, Sun Valley, about two and a half miles away, offers more entertainment. You can go ice skating, horseback riding or enjoy music at the pavilion on a summer evening.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
