On a beautiful summer evening, the balcony is the ideal place to relax and sip on your favorite beverage after a day of hiking. In the winter, after a day on the mountain, you can come back and take advantage of the full kitchen to whip a nice home-cooked meal. Afterward, you can curl up, watch a movie, and soak in the warmth of the gas fireplace with the family dog at your feet. No one will want to leave this paradise.

Plus, if you have the itch to practice your drive, head over to Bigwood Golf Course and play a round while soaking up the sun.

*The Twin Bunk Room is located off the garage and there is no bathroom on that level. In addition it has an exterior door that exits out of the property and therefore is not suitable for young children. All other bedrooms are on different levels of the home.
*Please note: Due to the unique situation that local restrictions have brought about, Sun Valley has decided to close down the mountains for the remainder of the 2019/2020 ski season. Please be aware that this may or may not affect the onsite amenities for those properties that have them. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. Thank you!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
