Bright and pleasant top-floor condo with private balcony. Features two bedrooms and two full baths in 1100 sq ft. with in unit laundry. Elevator access in a gated community with one reserved covered parking space. Heated pool and hot tub on property. Walking distance to Leadbetter beach, Shoreline Park, and Santa Barbara harbor. This is a quiet condo community ideal for older couples or small families.

Please note there is not central air at this property. Two portable AC units are provided and all windows and patio doors have screens.

30 Day Minimum Stay per Condo HOA Rules. No pets. No smoking of any kind in the unit or on the property.

Internet, WiFi, phone, internet connected LCD TVs, and basic Hulu subscription. Initial supply of paper products, laundry detergent, etc. provided.

Payment in full typically required at booking for 1 month stays. For longer stays, please inquire about a multiple payment schedule. Refund policy dependent on how far in advance booking occurs-please inquire.
