The only issue we had was the bedspread in the master bedroom was dirty so we took it off and found a cover In the closet to replace it. Big house with lots of room. Very comfortable. Great location but a lot of traffic noise. Overall, would stay there again

Work conference

This property was exactly what was described online. Close proximity to the convention center, restaurants and was a short easy drive to Main Street shops. Plenty of room for any amount of guests and the hot tub was an added bonus.

James Sullivan

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property. Great fun visiting Ruidoso. House was very nice and we all enjoyed the hot tub. No issues encountered with this property and we would not hesitate to return again. Enjoyed plenty of space indoor and outdoor on multiple decks. Pleasantly surprised by views.

Relaxing

This was larger than what we needed, but did enjoy the space and decks. Just be sure you pack coffee - they didn't provide any.

Fun for family

Our family had a great stay here! Two spacious living rooms for everyone to have space to relax. Each bedroom had a bathroom. Lots of elk and wild horses roaming nearby. Close enough to ski resort and sledding and hiking. It’s on the corner of a busy road so lots of cars driving by.

Birthday Weekend

I rented the house as a birthday gift for my younger sister It was perfect!! Had a great time. The pictures made it look like the house was located out in the woods, there are a lot of trees around the house but it is in a residential neighborhood. But it was a nice house and i wasn't disappointed!

Perfect for the wife and kids.

This house was perfect for my wife and kids and we would definitely stay here again. The location was convenient and the house itself was clean and had almost everything we needed. My children enjoyed the hot tub and we had no problems grilling out back. The washer hose disconnected at the end of our stay but I think maintenance was able to take care of it quickly. We look forward to returning if you will have us again. Thank you!

Very good

The house was great, the location was amazing. The house was very comfortable, everything you could ask for a small or large family. The only negative was the water temperature. Even after running it for periods of time it never became hot. So, showers were only warm and cut short because of the water temp.

Excellent Location But…

Location was excellent; however, the unit is showing its age. The front door lock only worked with significant “jiggling.” The warm water never turned hot. Hot tub worked well. Enjoyed watching the wild horses, elk and deer on the golf course.
