Brand new Construction! This cottage has a separate entrance and is private from the main house. It has a lovely bathroom featuring a large garden tub and shower. Kitchen with a full size refrigerator, stove and microwave. Living area/bedroom has a Queen Bed and sofa that converts to a queen bed and a 43” smart TV. 1 mile from Shem creek, 4 miles from Sullivan’s Island, 6 miles from Isle of Palms and 6 miles from downtown Charleston.
