Pleasant within a walking/biking distance to Shem Creek, Pitt Street Bridge, and Old Village restaurants. Only minutes to Sullivan's Island and Isle of Palms. Beautiful hardwood floors throughout with slate flooring in the kitchen and ceramic floors in both bathrooms. 3 new flat screen TV's (50" - 65") in the bedrooms and main family room. A true cottage in a wonderful location.
