Home near Sullivans Island, Old Village, Mt Pleasant, beaches, 10 min to CHS
Sea Breeze at Sullivan’s Point is a four story townhouse (built in 2019) with three bedrooms and three full bathrooms/one half bath in a quaint little Charleston style neighborhood between historic Mt. Pleasant and Sullivan’s Island. Our townhouse is conveniently located next to Old Village and about five minutes from Shem Creek, ten minutes from downtown Charleston and twenty minutes from Charleston International Airport and one mile from the beach at Sullivans Island..
Decorated in a gorgeous coastal decor with designer finishes, our home is ideally suited for up to eight people. As you come up from the two-car garage, you enter into the main floor, an open floor plan with 10’ ceilings. Here you will find the kitchen with stainless steel appliances and living room area with an HDTV television and small front deck with marsh views to the east. A fully stocked kitchen, with small appliances including a KitchenAid blender, Breville toaster, etc. An Amazon Alexa is also available for music.
Up the next set of stairs, you will find the master suite with 10’ ceilings with an extra-large shower (two showerheads), soaking tub and two sinks. The master suite has a king size bed, luxury linens and towels and its own private deck and marsh views overlooking Sullivan’s island. This floor also includes laundry room.
Up one more set of stairs, you will find two more bedrooms with plush queen size beds and their own private bathrooms. The same luxury linens and towels also provided. The front larger bedroom also has twin extra-long bunks ideal for teenagers wanting to be in the same room.
Other things to know:
Dogs are a part of our lives and we want them to be a part of yours at our home. Please call for approval.
The two-car garage is very easy to pull in and out, for easy parking, packing and unpacking. Parking is also available on the outside of the garage to the far left for small compact cars, but be aware that the driveway is an easement for two other homes and it cannot be blocked.
Included with each guest stay are paper products including toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags, iron and ironing board.
Please be aware there is a 10 pm noise ordinance in Charleston/Mt. Pleasant that is strictly enforced, and permanent residents do reside in nearby homes.
