Monthly bookings: special rates applied automatically. For stays over 28 nights, contract registration is required (cost: €150, to be covered by the guest).

Upon Arrival:

Check-In by Appointment:
Key handover inside the apartment. Please provide arrival time at least 4–7 days in advance. Last-minute bookings can be accommodated flexibly.

Guest Registration:
You will receive a link via VRBO chat to register all guests as required by local regulations. Registration must be completed before check-in.

Tourist Tax:
Payable in cash upon arrival to the Municipality of Milan: € 9.50 per person per night for the first 14 nights (minors, residents, and hospital patients exempt).

Airport Transfer:
Transfers available to/from Malpensa, Linate, and Orio al Serio Bergamo airports.
