Beautiful sunny pool home paradise nestled in conservation lot, serene cul-de-sac. Access to Golf Courses, Park Trails. Conveniently located 20 minutes from Tampa International Airport. Easy access to Beaches, Supermarkets, Restaurants, Shopping Malls, Bush Gardens, Orlando, etc.
This modern 2 story house offers 2,600 sqf. of comfort. High ceilings surround the cozy family room with access to the large sliding doors where you can enjoy your morning coffee overlooking the caged pool and conservation area.
Downstairs you will find a nice one bedroom, and one full bathroom (wheelchair accessible). Upstairs has 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom.
You will enjoy cooking in the new remodeled gourmet kitchen, equipped with white cabinets, marble counters, new state of the art appliances. LG Refrigerator, Convection Oven, Dishwasher, and Microwave. Enjoy nice family dinners in the private dinning area.
