Independent kitchen equipped with 4 ceramic hobs, microwave, electric oven, fridge, dishwasher, electric coffee maker and nespresso.
The living room is composed of a dining area, a sofa bed (en140), a TV. The bedroom with a fold-away bed (140) is separated from the living room by a sliding partition.

Localisation exceptionnelle, accueil impeccable, appartement très bien conçu

Nous avons été très bien reçus par les propriétaires. L’appartement bien conçu est équipé à notre entière satisfaction. La literie est très confortable. Nous n’avons presque pas utilisé notre voiture restée au garage car tout est rapidement accessible à vélo. La plage située devant la résidence est très agréable et si grande que les vacanciers disposent d’une grande indépendance. Nous reviendrons très certainement !

Petit cocon les pieds dans l'eau

Très agréable séjour dans ce petit appartement très bien situé au bord du bassin et au calme. Une place dans le parking de l'immeuble est un plus important à Arcachon.

Allez-y sans hésitation

Appartement très propre, très fonctionnel, bien placé (à moins de 10mn en vélo du Mouleau et d’Arcachon) et des propriétaires adorables. Nous y avons passé une semaine géniale avec nos deux petites filles. Allez y les yeux fermés.

Appartement agréable et de qualité

Appartement agréable dans une résidence calme et familiale, Belle vue sur le bassin avec l’avantage de la proximité et l’accès immédiat de Pereire. Il faudra marcher un peu ou véhicule ou vélo pour l’accès aux commerces du Moulleau ou du centre ville. Appartement bien équipé avec grand balcon, avec cloison mobile permettant d’avoir deux pièces de couchages. La literie est de qualité. Hôtes charmants, à l’écoute. Avantage d’avoir un stationnement avec possibilité de mettre des vélos soit dans local sécurisé de la résidence, soit sur anneau sur la place de stationnement. En conclusion une location agréable et de qualité.

Excellent séjour

L'immeuble est très bien conçu, avec deux ascenseurs, dont un qui permet d'aller à la plage directement. Les extérieurs sont magnifiques. L'appartement que j'ai loué était très propre et très fonctionnel, je m'y suis tout de suite senti très à l'aise. La vue sur la mer de ce côté ouest permet d'avoir le soleil, ce qui est un plus non négligeable.

L'appartement est très fonctionnel, très bien équipé, très belle vue du balcon, accès direct à la plage, le couchage est excellent et les propriétaires sont très accueillants.
