T2 apartment of 50 m2, very friendly and bright with open kitchen organized around a central island.
The large comfortable corner sofa will allow you to add two additional beds.
The very spacious room is equipped with a bed 140.
The bathroom has a bath and a toilet.
The three rooms are largely open to the outside;

The villa is located 12 km from Ajaccio from its port and airport.

Appietto, ideal starting point for many hikes and excursions to the tourist destinations of the Island of Beauty and sites classified as the Scandola reserve.

10 minutes by car, you reach the beautiful sandy beaches and all kinds of water activities (diving, dinghy, windsurfing, canoeing, scooter, pedalo ...) and local shops, restaurants and supermarkets.

You will feel very quickly at home in this beautiful and comfortable house, including two apartments on one level, independent, each with a private area.

A parking closed by an automated gate is at your disposal.

Havre de paix !

Nous avons passé un super séjour chez Elyse, tout était parfait, la propreté, l'emplacement, la communication. Le logement est proche d'Ajaccio et de la plage, les paysages sont somptueux, le studio et la terrasse idylliques. Elyse est à l'écoute, généreuse, et très réactive, aux petits soins pour ses hôte. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation.

Calme et bien être dans un nid confortable.

Un enchantement. Un accueil très bon, une hôte qui déborde de gentillesse et de sourire. Le logis comme annoncé, pas de surprise que du bonheur. Confort à l'intérieur et petit coin à l'extérieur pour se relaxer ou pour les repas. Calme et intimité, vraiment merci. Christelle et Pascal.
