Expect luxurious, queen-size beds in a master bedroom and in a guest bedroom, spacious sitting area, separate dining spaces, granite countertops bathrooms with soaking tub, and free Wi-Fi. Two big screen plasma TVs in the living room and bedroom. With direct access to the Crescent beach, guests can indulge in the best laid-back living in the country. Relax on your private balcony or sit on the beach voted #1 in the USA for 2024! This beautifully landscaped property has an excellent swimming pool, grilling stations, launch chairs on the beach, as well as one car parking, fitness center, and tennis courts.

Condo was well equipped with plenty linens, kitchen items beach towels. Very comfortable family room area. Peppertree is a very nice condo complex with every you need for a great vacation.

Peppertree Bay Siesta Key

The rental process was easy and the communication with the owner was good. My questions were answered quickly. My only complaint was that the condo was not up to par. The furniture was was worn , especially the wicker in the lanai. The carpets were quite worn. Some lightbulbs we're missing and no replacements were on hand. The resort itself was great. The staff very friendly and helpful. Good facilities such as pool, fitness area, grills for bar-b-quing, access to beach and beach chairs.

Lack of communication

The dishwasher was replaced while we were there. Took 4 entries into the property on different days. I complained about the lack of dishes and silverware. They were in the broken dishwasher. Had to empty it before it could be replaced and then reload and wash.
