The Space:

*IMPORTANT:

The property is currently undergoing a balcony restoration project (September 2025 – March 2026). Please note that dates are subject to change depending on weather and construction progress. The balcony for this unit has been completed and is fully accessible. However, you may still experience construction noise in other areas of the property during this time. Occasionally, access to the heated pool may vary due to ongoing work. Please note that no refunds, discounts, or relocations will be provided due to construction-related noise or temporary amenity limitations.



When checking in, please register at the front desk to receive your parking pass and wristbands. The registration fee is $27.00 per vehicle (subject to change without prior notice).

Perched right on the sun-soaked shores of the iconic Panama City Beach sands in the Summit Resort, this home puts you right in the middle of the action. With dining destinations and shopping options close by, you won't have to go far for fun.



Kick off your day with a quick workout in the fitness center, then head over to the tennis courts to work on your serve. Hang out by the pool or soak in the hot tub and melt the stress away in the sauna. After a day of parasailing, make a quick meal in the fully equipped kitchen while the private washer/dryer does the laundry. Kick back in the central air conditioning while you surf the cable channels or enjoy a cocktail as the free WiFi streams relaxing background music.



Stop by the on-site convenience store to pick up any last-minute essentials, such as sunscreen or drinks, before heading out for a day of adventure.



IMPORTANT:

Newly renovated

My husband and I stayed here for a week in mid - May. The condo was recently renovated so everything was nice and new. The view from the balcony was fantastic. The description states 1.5 baths but there is no half bath. It's nice for 2 or 3 but would be tough for 4 people. There is only seating for 3 people in the living room, eat-in kitchen and on the deck. The location of the property is very convenient with several restaurants within walking distance. Hammerhead Fred's is right across the street. The downside for us was the condo being located across from the elevators, the bedroom is on that side. Lots of noise from everyone coming and going all hours of the night. It's a good location for someone mobility impaired because not much walking to get from the parking lot to the room.

Beware!!! Condo is completely different as pictured.

This was a disaster from the get go. When I walked into the condo, it was completely different from what pictures were listed online when I booked. There are no longer the bunk beds built into the wall. There is no stove there. It is now a hole that was covered with cardboard. The condo is beautiful now but it's hard when you think you are going to have enough sleeping area only to find out that is no longer an option. I had to spend 2 hours looking for air mattresses and blankets for the kids to be able to sleep comfortably. Before our stay I paid extra money for 2 parking passes and THE DAY we get there after we have 2 vehicles there they tell me there is a new HOA and only 1 parking pass is allowed. So we had to park 1 vehicle in public parking all week. That would have been nice to know about before we got there. We were also short a wrist band that is mandatory to wear while using the amenities there and they would not allow us another one. My welcome email said there were 6 in the room and there were only 4. We had 5 guests. I notified the rental company about all of this and the lady I spoke too was not helpful at all and seemed very unknowledgable about the condo. Be prepared to have absolutely no where to hang clothes if you stay here. If you are a short person, be aware that the microwave sits extremely high and hard to reach. Also, the indoor sauna and exercise rooms are closed. On a good note, the view is beautiful and this condo is in a great location. Just please understand, if you have any problems with your stay, funquest rentals will not care or try to help make it better.
