This is a 1300 sqft beach front condo that has been remodeled from scratch! New kitchen cabinets, stainless steel appliances, granite counter top, new floors, New bathrooms, new furniture, 3 new flat screen TVs (55", 42" and 27") , new mattresses, new outdoor furniture! The condo comes also with a washer and dryer !

This unit is definitely larger than most 2 bedroom/2bath units in the area. It is quite spacious, fresh uncluttered decor, and an extra large balcony with a big table, 6 comfy chairs, plus two extra chairs on the side. The views are just amazing and relaxing !!! just relax on your bed in the master bedroom and enjoy the amazing views without having to go anywhere! same wonderful views are also guaranteed if you are cooking in your kitchen, or simply relaxing the living room! This unit is designed for SIX adults (one king bed, one queen, 2 brand new high quality twin size fold away beds), but two small kids UNDER 12 can sleep on the sectional sofa (please bring your own sleeping bags for those 2 extra small guests!). Plenty of storage available in the unit (ONE closet in guest bedroom, TWO spacious closets in Master bedroom, PLUS an extra closet in the hallway)

we had a great stay and much needed to get away. one of our fur babies passed the morning we checked in so it was nice to get away and enjoy time together after she had gotten sick and had two vet visits the days before we came. Overall the place was nice.

The place was clean enough and in a good location. Actually got in early on check in day at noon which was awesome. The owner is very easy to get ahold of and responds quickly. The room itself needs updated badly though. All in all we had a decent stay.

We enjoyed our stay. Comfortable furnishing and large screen tv for the rainy days. Balcony was great for viewing the ocean and reading our books. The pool was set up nicely with large shaded areas. Stingrays Bar was very convenient.

Property as described, had a wonderful week at the beach. Property quiet, location of condo to the main elevator was perfect and the beach was amazing.Only had to contact owner to locate a missing item in the kitchen and they immediately got back to us. Walk to the beach was simple and short walk. Enjoyed beginning day on the balcony, watching sunsets and dining while watching the surf. Owner was patient and answered all our questions. Will return!

The unit could use maintenance - the lint was at dangerous level in the dryer and while cleaning it found the lint filter is broken - the ceiling is falling off in several places - the fridge works but old - drawer in kitchen and in master bath broken - master shower water hard to get to not drip - won’t be staying there again.

Live and up close, the place is very dingy among other things. I would compare the entire unit to a low budget 4 out of 10 roadside motel. The popcorn ceiling asbestos is bubbling annd peeling off in every room. The walls are workout from dents and shabby repairs; some unfinished still. Everything is touched and stained with foulness. It’s a grossness that takes more than a day or two for your senses to adjust. Just yuk.Then there’s the mechanical issues. Toilets, showers, and fridge…. limping the final mile of their lives. All noisy and loud to boot but nothing compared to the HVAC fan. It rattles and hums at high pitch in the living room so loudly that it was hard to sleep in the bedroom.On the balcony, 5 tiles in a row at the rail are completely free and loose and rock when stepped upon. Very unnerving.Better to look elsewhere.
