Come relax with us at our fully restored farm house.

Whaley Room and Board is a completely renovated farmhouse located minutes from the Sevierville Convention Center, Wilderness at the Smokies, and the new Soaky Mountain Waterpark. This home has a very unique story. The previous owner's were Dolly Parton's Aunt and Uncle. Dolly would go to her Aunt and Uncle's home after school and record in the soundproof upstairs bedroom. You will find Dolly folk art throughout the farmhouse and the memories she made there live on.

This house is the perfect place to stay with your family, it is clean, comfortable and decorated so well! It feels so homey. The host is amazing and super attentive as well! I was born and raised in Sevier County and one of the things I love most about our area is the tourism! I have always wanted to remodel a farmhouse. When I finally got the opportunity, I knew It would be the perfect place for friends and family from all over to gather and appreciate my sweet hometown. I am a mama to two girls and one boy who I am constantly running around to practices and games, but I love every minute of it. I love traveling, french bulldogs, Dolly Parton, coffee, and being a good host. Hope you come visit soon!
