Modern & very spacious main floor of an 19th century Victorian home. Luxury two bedroom with hybrid office (Murphy bed-desk in second bedroom). Includes gas fireplace / ensuite laundry washer & dryer / 4 piece kitchen.
Located in the heart of downtown. Only 1.2 km (0.7 mile) from Dundas Square/Toronto Eaton Centre which is only a 16 minute walk - Source: google maps

Fully furnished incl. 4K Smart TV with Netflix, cineplex, YouTube apps etc / bluetooth AM/FM stereo / Hotel safe / wall art / fully stocked kitchen (dishes utensils etc.) / bedding and linens.
Hybrid Office (murphy bed-desk is located in the 2nd bedroom) / high speed internet (WiFi and wired ethernet plug )
Work desk in main bedroom with wired ethernet plug (two desks in all).
Backyard with BBQ and picnic table.
Passcode door entry on both building and apartment door so 24 hour arrival isn’t a problem. A door code will be sent to you once the reservation is confirmed.
