Amazing views and relaxing stay

This was our favorite stay in a four city trip through South of France into Florence. While somewhat remote, it was easy to find and only a short busride from the main city center. 10/10 would recommend.

Rustic French Charm

We arrived in mid-July and it was hot in Nice and the surrounding area. The "cottage" was clean and the decor was rustic. It had everything we needed and was spacious. The view of Nice was amazing, especially at night. About the heat. It was very hot during the day, but at night it was comfortably cool. As is noted in the listing, there is no AC. However, there are fans that kept the cottage cool for sleeping. Also, as noted in the listing, the semi-private road to the cottage is very narrow and has very tight switchbacks leading to the parking area. Do not rent anything other than a very small car. Because of "driveway", we decided to only use public transportation which is fairly convenient, but does require a short walk up steep hills when returning to the cottage. The owner provided transit cards that you can "recharge" via your phone and that worked very well for us. Overall, we enjoyed our stay there.

Nizza dall'alto

Splendida casa. Michel un host veramente scrupoloso ed attento. La casa era pulita, fornita di ogni accessorio. Un bel giardino dalla stupenda vista su Nizza. La notte meraviglioso. A 10 minuti di auto dalla spiaggia di Nizza, a 40 dalle spiaggie di Antibes. La salita in auto è un po' difficoltosa ma nulla di incredibile. Noi con una Volvo XC40 non abbiamo mai avuto alcun tipo di problema. Grazie Michel, alla prossima!

Superbe vue sur la ville de Nice surtout à la tombée de la nuit. Logement très agréable, spacieux et confortable. Michel notre hôte était très accueillant. Quand à l'accès à son domicile, il y a 200m d'une petite impasse avec 2 virages en epingle à cheveux mais faisable avec un 3008. Donc pas de panique.

Jederzeit wieder!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub in diesem schönen Ferienhaus. Das Haus ist gemütlich, sauber, geräumig und die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist atemberaubend und wunderschön!! Der Vermieter ist total sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Es ist ihm wirklich wichtig, dass man sich in seinem Haus wohl fühlt. Er hat uns super Tipps für Ausflüge, Strände, Restaurants etc. gegeben, die unsere Reise sehr bereichert haben. Unsere Kinder (7, 10) haben sehr gut auf dem ausziehbaren Sofa geschlafen, sodass ich die Unterkunft auch mit Kindern sehr empfehlen kann. Bei den teilweise recht hohen Temperaturen habe ich es sehr geschätzt, dass sogar zwei leistungsstarke Ventilatoren in der Wohnung sind (und Moskitonetze vor den Fenstern), sodass wir gut schlafen konnten. Wir hatten eine unvergessliche Zeit in Nizza und würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen!!

Stilvolle Wohnung mit traumhaftem Blick

Cet appartement est grand et meublé tres joli et de bon goût; il y a tous ce qui est nécessaire: même avec des serviettes et des traps. Il y a une très belle vue sur Nizza, on peut même voir la mer dans le lointain, c'est vraiment magnifique! Le logeur est très gentil et serviable. L'appartement est bien desservi (en direction du centre-ville), ce qui n'est pas cher en plus. C'est conseillé de venir avec une petite voiture, parce que l'appartement est situé à la fin d'une rue priveé très mince, accessible par des lacets raides. On a bien aimé notre séjour! Eine großzügige, sehr hübsch und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung, mit allem was man braucht: sogar Bettwäsche, Handtücher... Man hat einen wunderschönen Blick über Nizza bis zum Meer. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr gute, günstige Verkehrsanbindung mit den, öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in die Innenstadt. Es ist ratsam, mit einem kleinen Auto anzureisen, da die Wohnung am Ende einer schmalen Privatstraße liegt, die über enge Serpentinen zu erreichen ist. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
