A serene escape in Saint-Tropez: elegant house with private pool, lush garden, and open-plan living with direct garden access. Includes 4 queen bedrooms (3 with balconies), 2 baths, new A/C (2022), and alarm system (2021). Services: pool cleaning (2x per week), housekeeping by our trusted cleaning lady (2x per week), and garden maintenance by our discreet gardener (1x per week). Weekly Sat–Sat.

Please note:
– A minimum stay of 2 weeks is required during July and August
– Pets are not permitted to ensure the comfort and cleanliness of the home for all guests

Soak up the sun from 10:30 to 19:30 by the private pool — the perfect spot for all-day lounging and relaxation. For added comfort, pool heating is available upon request (additional charge).

Ideally located just a 5-minute stroll from the iconic Place des Lices, you’ll have easy access to the vibrant local market (Tuesdays & Saturdays), charming cafés, and restaurants.

Nestled in the heart of the old village on a peaceful residential street, the home offers a quiet retreat surrounded by private residences — all while being in the very center of Saint-Tropez.

Quiet and beautiful house in busy St Tropez

Perfect location, 5 min walking distance from restaurants, shops, and harbor. Lovely pool area with enough sunbeds and garden. Tastefully decorated interior with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay for 8 people.

Can you possibly be more central in Saint Tropez!

BEautiful house, superbe location, lovely interior and exterior. Very comfortable house for four couples or two families. A beautiful pool area and if you wish all nice beaches are very close. Would love to come back.

Fantastic house, excellent location

2nd year in a row staying at this house. Excellent house, location 7 min walk to plaza, quiet neighborhood, nice pool, beautiful gardens, reliable wifi. Kitchen with everything you need. Plenty of fridge and freezer space. Bbq grill outside. Plan to stay again.

A lovely, splendit atmosphere in a beautiful villa

Luxury, peace and quietness omnipresent. The owners clearly love their house ans designed it with love. We were pleasantly surprises by the high standard and complete inventief for every familymember! It made your stay feeling being in a private resort, surrounded by the lovely mondain village.

Live like a local

A wonderful peaceful location a short stroll from the centre of St Tropez and its less well known beaches. Particularly useful on market days! The house was perfect, with a gorgeous pool on one side and a pretty terrace and garden on the other. Bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless and the kitchen was well stocked with every utensil that we needed... The owners were incredibly helpful arranging for someone to come out to fix the internet after a summer storm, which with four tweens/teens in the house was clearly an emergency! Thank you so much for giving us the opportunity to experience St Tropez living. It was even more wonderful than we had imagined!

Wonderful Stay

First time in St Tropez so weren't familiar at all with the area. Barbara's house was exactly what we were looking for. Great location. quiet neighborhood, 5-10 min walk to center of town. Beautiful inside and out, large and beautiful pool and pool deck. The other outdoor space off the kitchen also excellent, beautiful garden, bbq grill, and lovely outdoor seating. Inside is laid out very well, house has a nice flow. Very clean, updated, and decorated very nicely throughout with many nice touches. Laundry room was great, everything worked very well. Wifi was good and reliable. Property manager was nice and responsive. We didn't need much but if we did he responded quickly. We had a wonderful stay at Barbara's house. Was everything we were looking for. We would stay again when we return to St Tropez!

Maison très agréable avec beaucoup de charme

La maison est décorée avec goût et possède toutes les commodités pour passer un agréable séjour. La climatisation aurait été un plus pour dormir plus confortablement la nuit car pas toujours facile d'ouvrir les fenêtres pendant la période estivale à Saint Tropez. Nous remercions les propriétaires pour leur réactivité et Hélène pour l'accueil réservé à notre arrivée et tout au long de nos vacances. Nous garderons un bon souvenir de cette maison !

Dreaming of St Tropez

Our second year in a row we have been renting this wonderful house. Most enjoyable place if you like to be down town St. Tropez, in walking distance from all the restaurants and the Harbour. The house, the garden and the pool so charming and well maintained- you immediately feel home.

Absolute perfection!

An immaculate and stunning villa in an amazing location. The villa had every amenity you could need for a perfect stay and despite being so close to the centre of St Tropez was so peaceful. We had the most wonderful week and would absolutely come back.

Superb property

Beautiful, tranquil house within small walking distance from all the sights and restaurants and bars (we recommend the Cohibar) of Saint Tropez. The house is decorated with such taste and the large garden an oasis with a huge swimming pool. Will definitely be back!

Wonderfull peaceful house

How nice to see this house on homeaway! We stayed here for a week and would have loved to stay longer. It is a wonderful and peaceful house for families and especially with kids. The location is perfect, because you can walk into town to the market and shops. It is also easy to drive to the beach.
