Completely renovated to nine, this sea view apartment with its balcony is ideally located!
Description:
The accommodation consists of a living room with fully equipped open kitchen and snack. TV, desk and air conditioning will be at your disposal.
The second room will be a suite with bedroom and en-suite bathroom.
Separate toilet.
Washing machine.
Housing very calm and without opposite.
The 5th floor (with elevator) will offer you a breathtaking view.
Practical info:
1min walk from all shops (supermarket, bakery ...), 200m from the train station and 800m from the beach and its beautiful coves with red rocks!
Monday and Thursday morning enjoy the Boulouris craft market.
To go to the sea? Nothing's easier ! Walk 5min is you there!
Thanks to the train you can go to the center of Saint Raphael, or Cannes or Nice ... and many other pretty cities along the coast.
Transport:
1 outdoor parking space is reserved for you in the building if you want to come by car.
You can come by train the train station is 500m from the apartment.
The nearest airport is Nice.
