We really enjoyed our time at Greensprings Resort. The pools were nice and other amenities were convenient to our building and well stocked and clean. The maintenance staff was quick to come when we had a small problem. Parking was right in front of building. Beds were comfortable. Location was close to many destinations.

Enjoyable

Girls get away we had a wonderful time next time will stay longer resort was nice and clean had all the amenities we need. Close to shopping and dining. Pool was nice and clean.

Family reunion

Came down for family reunion nearby. Enjoyed the pool and other amenities. Very clean and spacious. Only thing is the floors area little noisy from.otjer units. Staff very friendly. Checkni. Process fast and seamless.

Weekend visit to Williamsburg

We were happy with our accommodations at Greensprings when we visited our friends in Williamsburg. Good location with easy access to everything we wanted to do. Rooms were large and comfortable. Except for the bullfrogs at the pond, it was a nice, quiet environment. Fun long weekend with lots of laughter and catching up with old friends.

We had a great experience with the check-in process, the map to the unit was confusing as we got there after dark so reading the signs that have the numbers on them to show you where to go were bad. They need to be bigger and more lit up so you can see them clearly in the dark. You could also probably place house number markers in clear view in front of the properties to ensure you're going to the right place, we spent thirty minutes trying to go to every unit and physically looking at the white lettering on the parking spaces to figure out where we were.The unit we stayed in was very clean and we had a great experience with them and will definitely stay there again.Ralph Carpenter

The condos were very nice. Roomy, beds were fantastic. Very clean. Plenty of soap etc. only hard time I had was the three flights of stairs. Did not know there was no elevators. But I have bad knees. The rest of the crew had no issues

williamsburg

The reservation was changed to Historic Powhatan, which was wonderful and very helpful when we found we could not access the original unit because it was not wheelchair accessible although it had been confirmed with the owner more than once. The resort found us a unit we could use and it was wonderful. But I am afraid to make future arrangements through VRBO due to this issue.

I was a bit disappointed with this facility, first the customer service a check in was disappointing. It took about 25 minutes and I was the second person in line, second, we got to the room and there was a old milk container of Lactaid in the refrigerator that smelled really bad, the carpets were filthy. The floors were wet. The towels had not been replaced so we only had a couple. The deck had nail sticking up and I cut my toe on one of the nails. So like I said, it was disappointing.

Nice stay

Our family had a nice time. Property was clean and grounds were beautiful. Wish we would have known the 2 br has a pull out couch sooner, we wouldn’t have reserved the 4 br lock off. The 2 br was enough space for our family of 6.

Just an ok place

First room was dirty when we arrived. We had to wait about 2 hours to get into a condo. Everything was ok after that. But I’m not sure it was really worth what we paid for it. We were on a split level. When floor plan showed all together. Pretty long walk uphill to use the condo amenities such as the pool that we had to pay for.

Golf Trip

Our party consisted of four senior golfers playing in a national tournament at a nearby golf course. The condo was perfect for our needs. All the rooms were spacious and the space was well appointed. I would highly recommend this condo to other vacation renters.
