Just beyond the living room is the dining area with seating for 8. The space is equipped with a work desk should you need to get some work done on vacation. The screened porch is off to the left and is an ideal spot for an afternoon read. The renovated kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs. There is also a brand-new, reverse osmosis water system in the kitchen. Also in the kitchen the homes stacked washer and dryer with a sink.

To the right of the living room and dining room is the first of the home's 3 bedrooms. This guest bedroom features two full-sized beds and a wonderfully equipped en-suite bath that has a single vanity sink with a beautifully renovated walk in shower.

As you walk up the stair to the second floor you are greeted with the remaining bedrooms. The secondary guest bedroom to the right has two twin beds with an en-suite bath, and the bedroom to the left features the charming King master bedroom that also has a en-suite bathroom with walking shower for privacy and convenience.
