We just stayed at this condo in late August/early September 2026, and overall the condo was amazing. The updates the owner made after buying the property truly made this condo feel like a luxurious get away with an ocean and pool view. Both pools were nicely kept and clean, but unfortunately the one baby pool was out of order for our whole trip so we just went to the other one. Pool bar Jim’s had amazing drinks and food. It was awesome to be walking distance to the beach with small children. The only reasons we didn’t give this place 5 stars are listed below: Did not receive wrist bands to access pool upon arrival to condo. They were supposed to be sitting on counter. - Beach Properties maintenance ultimately brought some to us on day 2. The hot water in a couple of the showers did not get warm enough for a warm shower. - Beach Properties maintenance fixed this on day 2. A couple of the door handles were either falling off when trying to open door or one door handle was put on backwards (guest bathroom to bedroom without ocean view) - Beach Properties maintenance fixed this on day 2. The dryer in laundry room needs the sound to signal items being ‘done’ switched or something. When your closes finish cycles it sounds like a train or bull horn is going off. The bed frame in the master bedroom broke due to broken sub boards. - Beach Properties maintenance fixed this on day 2. Ultimately, we enjoyed our stay and Would certainly stay here again
