Villa Lorena is an elegant and welcoming apartment that is part of a villa built sheer above the sea. It sleeps seven people. From Villa Lorena you will enjoy a splendid view of the sea. Villa Lorena is 120 square meters (1290 square feet). It features a panoramic private terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline, a private patio, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 1 km (0.6 miles) from the center of Praiano, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest restaurant at 100 meters (330 feet), the stop for the SITA bus Amalfi - Sorrento line at 170 meters (560 feet) and the closest beach (Spiaggia della Gavitella) at roughly 1 km (0.6 miles) including 400 stairway steps (other beaches with less steps to climb are also available in the area). You will reach Villa Lorena from the street level going down a short public route that includes approximately 75 stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Lorena. If you do have one, you will be able to park it for a fee, along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces).
Please kindly note. The rental price includes: final cleaning; linens and towels; electricity. Tourist tax, paid locally: From March 1 to November 3: EUR 4.00 per person per night for the first 7 nights. Guests aged under 10 are exempt. Refundable security deposit paid cash upon arrival: EUR 200 (it is returned to you at check-out).
Terrace
The terrace is 40 square meters (430 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a perfumed bougainvillea pergola and by a characteristic pergola with a bamboo roof. It is equipped with a table, chairs and sun loungers. From the terrace you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea and of the coastline.
Patio
The patio is 8 square meters (86 square feet) large. You will reach it from the terrace going down approximately five stairway steps. It is partly shaded by a pergola. It is equipped with a sun lounger. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue. From the patio you will enjoy a broad view of the sea and of the coastline.
Living Room
The living room is paved with majolica tiles. The ceiling is vaulted. The furnishings are elegant and welcoming. The furnishings include a sofa, two armchairs and a desk. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table is in marble and can accommodate six guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the terrace.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a bedroom chair. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has a window with a view of the sea. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a desk. From the bedroom you will be able to enter a small terrace through a French door. The room also has a window with a view of the sea. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 3
You will be able to enter the third bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed) and a single bed (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a window with a view of the sea. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom 1
The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom through a corridor.
Bathroom 2
The second bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom through a corridor.
Laundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room through a corridor. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.
