Beautiful new villa, in very recent subdivision, area 140 m2, comprising 3 bedrooms of 12, 14 and 16 m2. a room has its adjoining bathroom. There is another bathroom, and a 3rd WC-wash hands separated (each bathroom has a walk-in shower, a toilet, a washbasin on plan, storage). A large living room with lounge, living room and open kitchen with a bar and stools. A large table with chairs, a huge corner sofa. Flat screen TV, canal plus, wifi. Air conditioning in each room. Large picture windows giving on the terrace wood and tiling, with private swimming pool, living room of garden, deckchairs, barbecue. Quiet property, less than 10 minutes drive from Palombaggia and Santa Giulia. The city center 10 minutes also.
