Loved staying at this beautiful cabin. Very spacious, great neighborhood. Hot tub was nice to relax in after sight seeing all day. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you so much!
The place was great for us. The only issues was the pull out couches needing replaced and there was no extra bedding for pull out couch. The hot tub was refreshing, everything was clean and check out was a breeze. Thank you!

Decent
Communication and neighborhoodgreatThis property needs a good summer cleaning. Windows, dusting, updated pictures online. Most furniture was broken! Shower curtains had mildew (housekeeping did bring more for us). To me this property needs more attention! Feels like someone left it on the back burner!
Loved how easy it was to book and get the answers to my questions. Place was clean and easy to get to. The kids loved the pool table/games to unwind after a long hot day.
We stayed the weekend in this beautiful cabin. It was clean and well stocked and the children loved the bear theme. We really enjoyed the decks and the hot tub. The neighborhood was quiet and easily accessible. Would definitely recommend!
This cabin is horrible. cabinet doors were falling off the place was very dirty doesn’t look like it was ever cleaned. Check in was a nightmare didn’t even want to give address until after 4pm check in time which makes it hard if your coming from out of state. Didn’t get code for check in until 45 mins after check in time when I had to be the one to reach out. Hot tub was a joke heat didn’t work only jets. The up stairs bed was broken and falling on one side. There were hardly any kitchen dishes so if you want to cook you have to go to Walmart and buy everything yourself. It looks nothing like the pictures online it’s a lie. The recliner chair is broken. Just don’t waste your time or money it’s not worth it.

Just ok
We have stayed in cabins for many years now. This one was a little disappointing.
All of what you see in the pictures isn't available to be used. Such as the fireplaces outside and inside. They are restricted this time of year. Which I was looking forward to using the outdoor one in the mornings while sitting outside while it's still cool and drinking coffee beside of.
The TV in the master didn't work for the first two nights and couldn't get anyone on the phone, ended up being able to text someone to get assistance out to fix it. At that point we only had one more night there.
The cabin wasn't what I would consider clean compared to many others. The back screen porch is ripped and the deck with the hot tub and chairs was very dirty. Due to the ripped screen we had racoons in the deck area oftwn. Inside was ok. Master bed is just ok comfort wise. Thankfully we brought our pillows and that helped.
Kitchen is poorly stocked if your a cooker. Pans and pots were ALL dirty and I had to prewash just to cook in them.
Our stay was in the end what we made it. But wouldn't rent this particular one again.
Our stay was average.Cons: The furniture is not like the pictures. It is completely different. It’s broken, old and very dirty. The recliner had stains on that were questionable and I refused to sit on it without a sheet over it. Whoever is the cleaning crew for this house does not do a good job. There was dirt and dust all the place. And they did not take the trash off from the previous guest. And pool table definitely isn’t level… Pros: The hot tub was great and beds were comfortable. The location is nice. You’re in a small neighborhood that was peaceful. The company is very communicative. I’d use Aunt Bugs again but wouldn’t stay in this particular cabin.
Very enjoyable. The cabin is very attractive and fairly clean for a cabin although the Porsches need a good cleaning. Very nice location

Sugar Bear stay
DO NOT BOOK!!! Should have read more of the reviews prior to booking!! Most things previously stated remain issues. The interior of the cabin was highly worn and full of dust and cobwebs. Regardless of what photos show, there is NO view whatsoever due to the overgrowth of trees. Regardless of what the description says, there is NO screened in porch. A previous review from April complained about a cabinet door falling off. During our stay we found it within 2 minutes of checking out the kitchen when it fell off on my toe. There is no sound dampening between upstairs and downstairs, which means you can hear a mouse walk across the upstairs bedroom floor while laying in the downstairs bed. Every single "extra" item in the home, ie. Grill, pool table, hot tub, etc., all have issues and do not work as designed. They work, but you have to figure them out as you go, to make them usable.
Beautiful cabin, great location, great attention to detail. Our shower was broke and upon contacting host it was fixed promptly. We appreciated it.

Nice cabin but needs TLC
We had a nice stay but the cabin needs a lot of maintenance and cleaning. They also advertised a screened in porch where the hot tub was located… it is NOT SCREENED IN ! Light switches were cracked and broken… fixtures missing light bulbs and ceiling light fixture over dining room table main plate at top falling off. Some of the fireplaces the stone is off or falling off… need repaired! No instructions on how to work the barrel video games and no remote for it! Kitchen cabinet in island…door falling off and broken. There was a broken chair on the back deck. There was so much dust and cobwebs , I felt like I had to clean!!I should have read reviews before I rented! After reading reviews in the book at the cabin we did not open the sofa beds in the 2 couches. The recliner is also not working properly.. that is the book too.we enjoyed TN. This cabin just needs a lot of maintenance…if it gets repaired and deep cleaned it would really be beautiful.
Our family of eight enjoyed our stay here- especially the nice hot tub, many fireplaces, outdoor fireplace, and game room. One complaint is that we ran out of trash bags, and the bags provided were very weak, making it hard to dispose of our trash. some more/better trash bags nest time would be appreciated.
I stayed with my husband and kids the weekend before Christmas to see the lights in Gatlinburg. AuntBug checked in with us several times throughout to make sure we had all we needed(before check in, at check in, shortly after check in, right before check out and right after check out). The cabin was just as described, if not more. We even had a Christmas tree and lights in the cabin. Everything was amazing and I have never had anyone check on us during our stay to make sure we were good. The price for this cabin was better than we could have asked.
Great location, easy to find. The kitchen has the bare minimum if you’re cooking, but you can make it work with some creativity. We enjoyed spending Christmas here!
Great cabin. Few little problems. Cabin needs little updating as far as usd ports and better equipped kitchen (some organization). No pot holders/ no info on what kind of coffee filters needed b4 hand. Bad lighting on walkway leading up to door. But other than a few inconveniences we enjoyed our stay.
The property was amazing and very clean. The furniture is very worn. Recliner was broken and one of the reasons I chose this property was to be able to put my feet up at night to relax. The couches are very worn as well. The beds slept very well. No where for you to hang clothes in the downstairs bedroom. No hooks in the bathroom to hang your towels after showering. Only making the comments as suggestions for making the property more like home. It is a beautiful home and very clean. Thank you for allowing us to stay.
