Stine Haus - 3 Bedroom, 2.5 Bath - HOT TUB & Beach Access!

Welcome to Tahoe at the Stine Haus! Granite rock entry with log rails leads to the upstairs great room. Pine ceilings and wood floors warm the open floor plan highlighted by the gas fireplace with river rock surround and log mantle. Enjoy the big game on the flat-screen TV while you host one of your own games at the Foosball table. All day sun bounds thru windows on three sides and the slider in the dining room leads to a south facing deck. Step outside and enjoy the Tahoe air or an easy summer BBQ – outdoor table and chairs and BBQ weather permitting. Cook a gourmet meal in this fully equipped kitchen decked out with granite slab counters, stainless appliances and gas range. Dining table will accommodate 6 and seats at the bar for 4 more. The upstairs primary bedroom offers a luxurious king bed and an en-suite bathroom with double sinks, stall shower and large soaking tub.

Downstairs offers a separate family room with TV and slider that leads to the hot tub outside. This room has an American queen leather sleeper sofa which is quite comfortable. There is a hall bathroom with tub/shower and two additional bedrooms with 2 queens in one room and a bunk (2 twins) and a full bed in the other.

There is also a large 2-car garage with extended clearance for car roof boxes or ski racks! The driveway is a bit steep, and you can park 2 vehicles in the driveway and 2 vehicles in the garage.

The Talmont Estates neighborhood offers easy access to trails to Paige Meadows for hiking and mountain biking in summer and cross-country skiing or snowshoeing in winter. This home is close to Tahoe City and within 10 minutes of epic skiing at Palisades/Alpine Ski Resort and Homewood Mountain Resort. It's also within driving distance to and has access to the popular Tahoe Park Private Beach, offering over 3 acres of lakefront amenities, including picnic tables, kids' play area, horseshoe pits, bocce ball, a volleyball court, a basketball court, two piers, a swim area and more.

This home does not allow any parties or events as this home is in a residential neighborhood, and quiet time is from 9pm-8am. Thanks for your cooperation!

There is an electric fence system at this house to protect it from bears when unoccupied. Detailed instructions will be given to you once booked.

Cleaning fee includes linens, towels, and spa cleaning. You may want to bring spa/beach towels, as those are not provided.

We stayed for ski week and despite the blizzard conditions, had a wonderful stay. It’s the perfect home for when you find yourself snowed in!The well-stocked kitchen provided everything we needed for cooking and baking. We were cozy by the fire watching movies and playing games while the wind and snow blew in all directions outside. Slept beautifully in the comfortable beds. Thank goodness for the garage— so helpful not having to dig out the car! Lovely neighbors, proximity to hiking/snowshoeing at Paige Meadows (before the storms) and the cute market down the hill with delicious scones— all bonuses. We were stressing about road conditions before our expected departure day, but Julie was reachable and responsive and made it easy for us to extend our stay.

Beautiful home and a great stay

This property has everything you need and was the most well-stocked of any home we’ve stayed in. The big windows are great to look out while sitting in the living room. One comment is there isn’t a lot of couch seating, but would absolutely recommend this home that’s in a great location.

Wonderful Weekend Getaway!

The Stine Haus was a winter wonderland! The house was even better in person than the photos! We loved the open floor plan and huge kitchen, it was great for family dinners! The hot tub was a special treat after a day of skiing! Everything was clean, organized and the communication was excellent! We would definitely come back!

Gem on West Shore

My family and I stayed at Stine House for 10 days in September. The location and layout of the residence is perfect. The house was well stocked and more importantly the beds and linens were very nice quality! We were also allowed to utilize the private beach club located down the road from the residence! The property management company was very accommodating and responsive. We will definitely rent this property again!!

Fabulous! Wonderful attention to detail

The Stine Haus was amazing. The kitchen was the best-stocked I've ever seen in a rental, the beds were super comfy, the decor was cozy, and the house was so clean! I was worried about using a rental during the pandemic, but the house felt really clean and they made sure there was a lot of soap, hand sanitizer and disinfecting wipes in the house. The location was great - nice quiet neighborhood. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Most Enjoyable Christmas

The property was just as advertised with all the amenities and necessary kitchen necessities. Communication with Julie was excellent as to what was available and not available at the property allowing us to prepare for a beautiful Christmas experience at the home. The house in great shape and was located in a very friendly neighborhood with other beautiful homes. The furnace unfortunately failed night #1 but, fortunately, Julie was quick to answer my call and had someone out to fix the furnace in less than a day! We met a few of the neighbors all of which were very welcoming even to us as renters. Even invited us to join them in a street hockey game. I highly recommend this home!! Was will rent it again ourselves!

It is in a beautify neighborhood close to downtown Tahoe City but far enough to feel like you have your privacy. Everything was very clean and the house appears to be newly built. The hot tub was hot and great and had a view of the stars and snow in the back yard. Not a ton of privacy in the back yard but we were ok with that. The garage is huge. We have a large 4x4 SUV that doesn’t fit in a lot of garages bu this one was great. Plenty of room for two cars plus room to get around. Would definitely rent again.

Perfect mountain getaway

Great bedrooms, kitchen, spa and garage. Really fantastic property, perfect for a week away with friends and family. The living area had a nice lounge area for games and watching tv together, as well as a 6 person table for meals. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to ski Tahoe and get cozy during the winter time! Would love to come back during the summer for lake activities.

This house was perfect for our needs. Plenty of room for four adults. Spacious kitchen and great room. Clean and well maintained, and when we had one minor issue with the blinds Julie and her team responded quickly. Tahoe Park access was great, as was the neighborhood for sunset walks with our dog. We’d gladly stay here again.

Great house and location!!

Very clean and well kept house with all amenities you would need and expect. Just bring your snow gear and food and the rest is there for you. Rooms are big and the second living room area is great for kids to watch movies while adults were watching Olympics upstairs. Big open living room and kitchen is great for cooking meals and hanging with family at the same time!!

Perfect Tahoe house - EVERYTHING has been considered

We have been renting houses in Tahoe for 13 years. It felt like this family knew how to design a Tahoe house. EVERYTHING was considered from the hot tub to the kids "floor" with extra living room. Super handy - great quick neighborhood. All the amenities were thought of in the kitchen and throughout the house. They had all the basics for the pantry which made cooking a breeze and quality kitchen items. Beds are super comfy with nice quality linens.

We had a wonderful stay at the Stine Haus! Plenty of beds for sleeping. Very comfortable master. Great kitchen for cooking with all of the appliances you need. The beach was a little further than expected, but overall great stay!

When we arrived the home was very clean and had everything we needed for our month in Tahoe. We loved BBQing on the deck, watching movies in the family room, great hiking just steps away and the private beach access was ideal. I would absolutely recommend the Stine Hause to others and we look forward to renting it again in the future.
