In very raised property a small well done up studio with corner cooks well equipped, small corner living room with TV and independent room + room of water. 1 small covered terrace + private garden in the middle of the hydrangeas. with relax, table chairs and large umbrella and swing. well closed parking.
We are on the banks of the river Agay, quiet and cool, 1 km from the beaches and shops and the foot of the massif of Estérel to discover nature on foot or mountain bike. it is very easy to walk to the seaside in 20 minutes. and we have bread and pastries every morning with the bakery next door.We accept only small well behaved dogs.
