Perfect for our temporary needs!

Friendly neighborhood, all accommodations needed for a long term stay. Best part was the Av. West agency who I was in communication with for my stay. Very personable and kind contacts who were available at anytime for any questions or assistance. It truly was the peace of we mind needed while we searched for homes in the area.

Amazing Stay

We feel so lucky to have stayed here over the last four months! Sharon, the property manager, was amazing from start to finish. The property was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for our family while our things were in storage out of state. The neighborhood is pretty, quiet, and located close to great schools and stores. Our kids loved having the loft and the big backyard, as well as being close to the neighborhood park. Highly recommend this property!

Great temporary corporate housing!

We stayed here for two months while waiting to move into our house and it was perfect! Great neighborhood location allowed us to feel settled and get to know the area. House was well-furnished and spacious so we could effectively live and work from home. Property management was wonderful throughout the stay! HIGHLY recommend if you’re looking for family-friendly corporate housing in Highlands Ranch!
