This home is spotlessly clean, well-furnished and has upscale appliances throughout. The neighborhood is quiet and very pleasant, in a great location in Highlands Ranch. We had no concerns at all, and will go back if our travels bring us that way again!
The house was everything our family needed for the week. The owner was very responsive and jumped into action for anything we needed. The house itself was very nice and has a park at the end of the street that my little one enjoyed very much. House was stocked with things like seasonings, condiments, detergent. It made traveling as a big family very nice.
My wife and I were honored to be the inaugural guest in this beautiful home. I use the word home because it feels like a home, not just a run-of-the-mill rental house. And the owners allow you to bring your fur-baby along – if properly declared. We stayed with our small dog while some work was being performed on our house. The home has all the amenities as mentioned online (all new appliances and 4K TVs), but it also has an oversized work desk with two large monitors and a Dell dock box, great for work-cations. Coming in from out of town? Its location is a mere half mile from a Whole Foods grocery store allowing you to maintain any dietary program. It has easy access to C-470. The house backs up to open space. For the two nights we were there, it was very quiet. I especially like how the morning sun comes flooding into the back windows of the house. The owners allowed us to use the garage, a nice plus. Lengthwise, a Chevy Tahoe would be a snug fit; a Suburban would be too long. So, anything shorter than a Tahoe would be fine to park inside.

We are both from Colorado and enjoy the great outdoors and spoiling our 2 dogs. Hosting at our home during the summer months affords us the opportunity to camp host at one of our beautiful Colorado State Parks for the season.
Why they chose this property
Neighborhood is quiet, close to shopping and conveniences, medical facilities, and a bike/walking trail system adjacent to the subdivision. (Our backyard backs up to a large open space - which contains one of the many Highlands Ranch trails).
Easy access to E470 and I-25 which makes access to Downtown Denver, Denver Airport, Colorado Springs, and I-70 (and Hwy 285) to the mountains a breeze.
What makes this property unique
Unique in that we do not have neighbors directly behind us so the yard feels open and spacious. The property has mature trees and shade in the back. Trees include a peach tree, 3 dwarf pear trees, and 3 dwarf apple trees. The house is dog friendly to include a large dog door to the fully fenced backyard. The backyard includes a propane fire pit with seating for 8. To entertain the visiting grill master - there is a Traeger grill/smoker available for use.
For the home cook, the kitchen appliances were updated in 2025 to include a French door monogram oven, monogram speed oven, and convection cooktop.
The master bedroom/bath includes both a garden tub and shower - a king size bed, and a 70inch flat screen tv. The remaining 2 bedrooms and full bath are also located on the upper floor (adjacent to master and loft).
The formal dining room has seating and place settings for 12. House also has a formal sitting room, and a cozy family room (with gas fireplace) and a breakfast nook.
Upstairs loft is set up as a professional office/work space. Universal USB-C docking station makes connectivity a breeze. Home wifi internet (using XFinity) is reliable and fast.
The view from the large windows in the master and office loft look into the backyard and open green space.
