Villa Milena is a splendid and luminous two-story villa located on the high coast in front of the sea. It sleeps nine people. From Villa Milena you will enjoy a wonderful view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi. Villa Milena is 250 square meters (2690 square feet). It features a private swimming pool and a private jacuzzi pool, wide private terraces with a view of the sea, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 1.5 km (one mile) from Amalfi, where you will find restaurants, shops, public transportation and the beach. You will find the stop for the SITA bus Amalfi - Salerno line at 800 meters (2600 feet) and the closest beach at roughly 1 km (0.6 miles) including 160 stairway steps (other beaches with less steps to climb are also available in the area). You will reach Villa Milena from the parking area going up a 20-meters (65-feet) private walkway that includes approximately ten stairway steps. An elevator is available.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Milena. If you do have one, you will be able to park it free of charge inside the entrance gate.

Villa Milena is a white house inserted on a stretch of sheer coast, and it is surrounded by the greenery of olive and lemon cultivation. It is isolated and caressed by the sun all day long. The villa boasts its white terraces towards the sun, the sea, and the fascinating view of the coast. You will be on the side of an incredible and enthralling by-the-sea rocky cliff (300 meters or 984 feet above sea level), whose top embraces the city of Ravello. The land around the villa is fenced, and the driveway has an automatic gate. You will enjoy top privacy! Inside Villa Milena, you will have large spaces carefully and elegantly furnished in bright Mediterranean style at your disposal.


The outdoor areas of the villa are vertically distributed. They consist of five levels of large terraces and gardens connected through paths and external stairways.From every floor of the house you will be able to feast your eyes on a 360º panorama of wide horizon merging sea and sky and on a breathtaking view which embraces the long and enthralling coastline. On the back of the villa, you will also enjoy the view of the high rocky cliff whose peak boasts the luscious and famous gardens of Villa Rufolo in Ravello.


Particularly fascinating is the large terrace where the beautiful swimming pool lies. The swimming pool, which is situated on the highest part of the garden, is also sun-bathed from sunrise to sunset. On the terrace, you will find umbrellas, sunloungers, tables, chairs, and an angle furnished as a bar. You will enjoy spending time here during the day and at night, when the terrace and the swimming pool are lit, and when the moon dimly illuminates the coast and gleams on the sea…
Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long. The area is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas, sun loungers and external showers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a wonderful view of the sea and of the coastline. The pool is open from mid-April until mid-October.
Patio
The patio is 50 square meters (540 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a pergola and by an awning. It is equipped with tables and chairs. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. From the patio you will enjoy a fascinating view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi.
Garden
The garden is partly shaded by trees and pergolas. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the garden you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi.
Wellness room
At Villa Milena you will find a wellness room with a sauna, a Turkish bath and a shower. Please note that use of the wellness facilities is not included in the rental fee and must be paid locally.
First LevelTerrace 1
The first terrace is 40 square meters (430 square feet) large. It is equipped with tables and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy an incredible view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi.
Living Room
The furnishings of the living room are elegant and bright. The furnishings include a sofa and armchairs. The dining table can accommodate ten guests. In this room you will find a large television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the first terrace with a view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi through two French doors. The room has a large panoramic arched window with a view of the sea and of the terrace. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is spacious and comfortable, equipped with a five-burner gas cooker and a two-burner electric cooker, an electric oven, an American-style refrigerator with ice-maker, a dishwasher, a microwave oven and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate four guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the patio with a view of the sea. The room has a window with a view of the patio.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a divan bed for one guest. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the first terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline through two French doors. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.

You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 4
You will be able to enter the fourth bedroom from the corridor. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches), that can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a terrace through a French door. The room also has a double-glazed window with a view of the greenery. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom 2
The second bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
Roof LevelTerrace 2 with Jacuzzi pool
The second terrace is 140 square meters (1500 square feet) large. It features an above-ground heated jacuzzi pool with hydromassage with five seats. It is partly shaded by awnings. It is equipped with two sofas. From the terrace you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea, of Amalfi and the coast of Amalfi.
Other roomsLaundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the corridor. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.
