Villa Ursula B is a charming apartment that covers the entire top floor of a villa located in the center of Positano. It sleeps four people. From Villa Ursula B you will enjoy a spectacular view of the sea and of the coastline. Villa Ursula B is 100 square meters (1076 square feet). It features a wide shared terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in the center of Positano, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest restaurant a few meters (feet) away, the stop for the SITA bus Amalfi - Sorrento line and the stop for the Flavio Gioia bus interno Positano line at 50 meters (165 feet) and the closest beach (Arienzo beach) at roughly 1 km (0.6 miles) including 300 stairway steps. You will reach Villa Ursula B from the street level going up a stairway which consists of approximately 30 steps. Because of the street and of the restaurant below, at times some noise can be heard.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Ursula B. If you do have one, you will be able to park it at approximately 500 meters (550 yards), for a fee, in a private parking lot. Villa Ursula A and B are two apartments that are part of an old white three-story building located high on a steep coast above the sea. When leaning against the windows or railings of the terraces, your eyes will meet the blue sea and the green of a picturesque stretch of high coast rich in inlets and small beaches.


The building dates back to the eighteenth century and is located near the upper inhabited area of Positano. The villa has been restored, and it offers two vacation apartments. You will have the advantage, rare on the Amalfi Coast, to reach it right away from the coastal road without the need of climbing the towns usual stairways, except for the steps inside the building.


From both apartments you can reach a large terrace, 100 square meters (about 1,076 square feet) large, which has been divided in two by flower boxes; one part for each apartment. Each apartment has its own furnished area with a table, chairs, umbrella, and deck chairs. Besides, you also have the possibility of sharing the barbecue and the outdoor shower.


As guests of Villa Ursula, you will be able to ask for the valet parking service.

Terrace
The terrace is 100 square meters (1076 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella, sun loungers and an external shower. Here you will also find a barbecue. From the terrace you will enjoy a marvelous view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi. You will share the terrace with the other guests staying at the complex.
 Living Room
You will be able to enter the living room from the corridor. The floor is paved with lucid sky-blue majolica tiles. The furnishings are elegant. The furnishings include a sofa and two armchairs. There is a small fireplace made of bricks. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the balcony with a view of the sea and of the coastline through a double-glazed French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. The kitchen has a small window.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a wrought iron matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the balcony with a view of the sea through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, tiled with lucid handmade majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a large fully-enclosed shower.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the through a corridor. The bedroom has a wrought iron matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed), that can be split into twins if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the balcony with a view of the sea through a French door. The room also has a window with a view of the sea and of the coastline. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom
The bathroom is decorated with majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a large fully-enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the through a corridor.
