This new home has an open and contemporary design inside and out. Enjoy the sweeping and commanding views up and down the coastline from the porch, the main living area, and the primary bedroom. The private walkway provides direct access to a uniquely private section of Kure Beach, far from busy parking lots and public beach access points.

There are extensive windows and doors in the main living area and master bedroom and a large, covered, wraparound deck accessible from the living/dining areas as well as the master bedroom. Minutes away you will find an 18-hole public golf course, North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher, Fort Fisher State Historic Museum, coffee at Happy Hippies or Crush and Grind and many family-friendly restaurants. A Publix grocery is 2.5 miles away.

Sol de Mar can easily adapt to your group. Unit B is one floor of a two floor duplex that sleeps 15. Rent the one floor or both units as a "whole" that sleeps 29. Please note that because this property is a duplex, some parts of the ground level area will be shared by both floors of the property.

House rules:
- No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property
- Kure Beach is a family oriented village where quiet hours are strictly enforced by police.
- Minimum age of primary/onsite renter is 25 years old.
- No pets/animals allowed on the property, but pet boarding is available locally.
