Spend your evenings relaxing on the large wrap-around lanai, which is covered and screened for your comfort, or take a break from the balmy Florida weather in the air-conditioned living space. This condo comes with a full kitchen as well, allowing you to prepare your homemade favorites after a day on the sand.

This condo is located five miles inland of Bonita Beach, which is easily reached via the private shuttle. You'll also be within walking distance of miles of trails and bike paths. Take advantage of the close proximity to the water by booking an excursion with one of the many local charters. The nearby Promenade features shopping, dining, and a seasonal farmers' market on Saturdays. And if you're looking to take a day trip, Barefoot Beach County Preserve is less than seven miles away, and Fort Myers Beach is only 16 miles northwest.

Things to Know
Guests will have access to the recently renovated Bonita Bay Private Beach Club. The private beach shuttle runs from November to May. Please know that the guest must register each person in their party on the rental agreement sent by the management company after booking. Please be sure to include the guest's email and name in your party to receive a shuttle pass via email.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
