Villa Teolina is a characteristic and welcoming independent house surrounded by the vegetation of the Coast of Sorrento. It sleeps four people. From Villa Teolina you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea and of the island of Capri. Villa Teolina is 150 square meters (1615 square feet). It features direct access to the sea, spacious private terraces, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 2 km (1.2 miles) from Massa Lubrense, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest beach (rocky) at 200 meters (approximately 656 feet) including 160 stairway steps (other beaches are also available in the area farther away). You will reach Villa Teolina from the parking area going up approximately 40 stairway steps.
To stay at Villa Teolina you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises.

Villa Teolina is on the hills of Sorrento, in a private residential complex which has direct access to the sea. In this complex you will find several apartments and villas nested in peaceful surroundings.


The access to the sea is shared with the residents of the complex.
Direct Access to the Sea
From the property you will have a direct access to the sea through a platform built on the rocks. You will reach it from Villa Teolina going down a 200-meters (660-feet) walkway that cuts through a garden and includes approximately 160 stairway steps. The access to the sea is shared with the other guests staying at the complex.
Top LevelTerrace 1
The first terrace is 100 square meters (1076 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella, deck chairs, sun loungers and an external shower. Here you will find also a washing machine (hidden in a cabinet) at your disposal. From the terrace you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea and of the hills of Sorrento.
Bottom LevelVerandah
The verandah is 25 square meters (270 square feet) large. You will be able to reach it from the living room. Is equipped with a sofa and two armchairs. Is equipped with a rocking chair. From the verandah you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea and of the coastline.
Living Room
The furnishings of the living room are elegant and welcoming, and include some antique pieces. The furnishings include a sofa and an armchair. There is a fireplace made of bricks. In this room you will find a large flat-screen satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the verandah with a view of the sea and of the coastline through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Dining Room
You will be able to enter the dining room from the living room. The dining table can accommodate four guests. The room has no windows.
Kitchen 1
You will be able to enter the first kitchen from the dining room. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a small refrigerator without freezer, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. The dining table can accommodate two guests. The kitchen has a high window.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a bedroom chair. The room has a window with a view of the sea and of Capri. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 2 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. It has a single bed (80 cm/32 inches). The room has no windows. Here you will also find a ceiling fan. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin and a toilet.
Bedroom 3
You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the corridor. It has a single bed (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a window.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
AnnexTerrace 2
The second terrace is 50 square meters (540 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a characteristic pergola with a bamboo roof. It is equipped with a table and chairs. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue. From the terrace you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery and of the sea.
Terrace 3
The third terrace is 15 square meters (160 square feet) large. You will be able to enter it from the second terrace along an external stairway, climbing 12 steps. It is partly shaded by a wood roof. It is equipped with a sofa and an armchair, as well as with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea.
Kitchen 2
The second kitchen is spacious and comfortable, equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the second terrace.
