Great apartment in the best part of Sao Paulo
The apartment is located in the heart of Sao Paulo, thirty seconds away from "Avenida Paulista" - Paulista Avenue, next to the Shopping Center Patio Paulista and a few minutes away from two tube stations, and also served by many buses lines to/from several parts of Sao Paulo. It is also very close to the HCor heart hospital and the German hospital and many universities.
At your doorstep, you will also find restaurants, cafes, international banks, car parks, galleries, theatres, museums, and parks.
The apartment is on the fifth floor. It has three big bedrooms, one is ensuite and we have two other toilets, one in the corridor and a third one in the service area. Two of the bathrooms have showers.
The apartment was renovated in September 2019 and all the furniture was purchased at the same time brand-new.
