This one-bedroom condominium on Cozumel's San Francisco beach is the perfect retreat for an ultra-relaxing seaside vacation.

After snorkeling some of the world's most beautiful reefs, catch a postcard-perfect sunset on the beach (just steps from your door).Â

The bedroom's soft lights, gentle colors, and tropical wicker furniture will lull you into a restful sleep on the cushy king-sized bed. Every room has ceiling fans and air conditioning, so you're sure to sleep in comfort.

Here on the second floor, a fresh Caribbean breeze blows through the open-plan living room. You can sink into the soft couch and catch a movie on the flat-screen TV. Or enjoy preparing a gourmet meal in the fully-equipped kitchen, complete with stainless-steel appliances.

You can invite new friends to dinner, since the dining table seats six. Enjoy park views from the oversized windows, or head down to the Residencia Reef condominium's two large heated swimming pools.

The condominium is one of the only ones on the island located right on a sandy beach. Kick back on the building's lounge chairs under the oceanfront palapas (natural thatched-roof sun shelters), or test the waters in the roped-off swimming and snorkel area, or the infinity pool with shallow and deep ends.

Three popular beach clubs with snacks and meals are just a ten minute walk away. Find dinner and shopping in the town of San Miguel de Cozumel, about 10 miles to the north. Or if you decide to go diving, dive boats can pick you up right here at the hotel dock.

When you return, you'll find a scuba gear rinse tank, outdoor jacuzzi, and outdoor showers.

Great condo in a quiet location.

This is a perfect condo for a couple looking for a quiet stay, away from the noise of the town and to be close to all the dive sites on the island. Residencias Reef is one of the few if not the only condo complex on Cozumel located directly on a sandy beach. The property is well maintained and very quiet. The condo is in a very good shape and the kitchen is well equipped with all the required utensils and appliances. The description on the VRBO web site is accurate and complete. I would rent the condo again any time we visit Cozumel in the future.

Needed a getaway

WE have stayed here several times and have never been disappointed. The condo offers everything you need to enjoy your stay. Location is great, just minutes from town and easy access to shopping. Beach pickup for diving, and plenty of beach for walking and relaxing.
