One of the best equipped and stocked condo we have stayed at. They provided all essential items. the manager was very nice in all the communications and check in process and made us feel welcome. we will definitely look to book this condo again.

We enjoyed our daily dives in Cozumel. This place is only 2 km from the marina so it a quick drive to the boat.This rental stocks more condiments and cooking ingredients than I have ever come across. The host provides detailed instructions for using each appliance.There are plenty of towels and paper supplies.

I have been to a lot of VRBO’s over the years and of all the places that I’ve stayed. This one was the most well stocked of any. They included coffee, spices, and everything that you would need to make your stay comfortable.I had an issue that required me to extend my stay by a day, and my host was very gracious and was able to extend my stay by another day!The inside of the apartment, especially the kitchen is a bit small, but doable once you get a system down.The ground maintenance at the condos is a little subpar, but that didn’t affect my enjoyment of the stay.

Wonderful Accomodations!!

Family & I had a wonderful stay here. Unit has everything you will need and then some. Bottled water (5 gallon bottles) was there for purified drinking water, closet full of beach gear to borrow including a cooler, suntan lotion if needed, beach towels...etc. Master bdrm bed was very comfortable and the 3 different AC units in the condo kept everything cool. A common area pool was just out back which my kids enjoyed using. Check-in was a breeze (code for door was given so super easy as we could arrive at our convenience after the check-in time) and Judy was GREAT with communication. You would want your own car if you stay here and there is common parking just outside. Grocery store is ~10 minutes away, Money Bar is a few minutes away and just to the right of it is a good place to snorkel (and not have to pay for access), and Chankanaab is just a few minutes drive away as well. Highly highly recommend Judy's unit if you are looking for a convenient, clean, comfortable, secure and relaxing place to stay in Cozumel.

Great Centralized Location in Cozumel

The location was perfect for my wife and I. It was only a few minute drive to downtown or a few minute drive the other way to many wonderful beaches and beachfront restaurants. The property was very clean and the cleaner was very friendly. Judy was fantastic in all communications, very quick to respond to any questions about her property or the island. The only downfall of our trip was that the pool was closed for repairs for a week. It had to be done sometime, we were just unlucky to be there when it happened. I would recommend this location and owner to my friends and family.
