I cannot say enough great things about this house and location. The house was stocked with everything we needed for the beach. The owners were easy to communicate with! We would definitely stay here it again. It was perfect for our large family group.

The distance to beach described was very misleading. It was a trek. Golf cart handy to drop equipment and kids off was beneficial!A stick vacuum cleaner would be helpful for quick clean ups! Broom was a hassel.

By far the best rental we have ever stayed in. I highly recommend this house for large parties looking for a peaceful beach getaway. The house was clean and stocked with everything you could possibly imagine. It was so spacious, even for our 22 guests. The location was perfect, just a quick walk to the beach and the views from the balcony were beautiful. Our kids loved the pool. Kathy was a very responsive and helpful host. We will definitely visit again!

Everything was exceptional! The kitchen had everything (and then some) that we would ever have needed! The home was beautifully decorated and perfect for our family of six children under age 5 plus 8 adults. Kathy has thought of everything and it made our stay truly enjoyable and easy. It was also really great to have toys, puzzles, books, sand toys, and even a wagon for the kids! The pool was amazing, and perfect for young children, and I am thrilled that we paid the extra money to have it heated so that it was enjoyed by everybody! Kathy was quick to respond to any and all questions that I had, and quickly addressed any issue that came up along the way.

This home is incredible! Beautifully decorated and pleasant interior, excellent kitchen supplies, lovely views, super fun pool, and sooo close to the beach! Plus, it had everything we needed for fun outside or inside-- bikes, beach gear, game room, etc. We can't wait to come back!

We had an absolutely fabulous time in this beautiful home. It met every need and exceeded our expectations. The walk to the beach is so short and we loved how secluded it felt on this private beach. The neighborhood is very quiet and we would love to return again. The owners are wonderful and communicated so well that we had no issues during our stay.

Our family gathering of 14 had an incredible time during our week stay. Check in process was easy, location to beach was amazing and the house met our needs perfectly with a lot room/space to spare. This was by far the best vrbo we've ever stayed in. It is so spacious! There are enough beds to COMFORTABLY sleep 24. It's absolutely incredible. We were there with a party of 12 and everyone had more than enough room. The kitchen is a dream. It is stocked with everything you could possibly need to cook with. (2 crock pots, many baking sheets, storage containers, pitchers, 2 coffee pots, mixing bowls, toaster oven, 2 fridges, 2 dishwashers!) We were able to cook for our crowd easily every day. Host very responsive, house very clean, saltwater pool fantastic! There are pool toys, beach toys, 10 bikes, about 20 beach towels, 2 washer/dryers AND TWO HUGE GAME ROOMS. Making plans to return asap. Thank you for a memorable stay at your gorgeous home!

The house is very well equipped, plenty of everything. Especially lots of blankets, step stools for kids to reach sinks, pillows, double fridge and double dishwashers. Host is super responsive and helpful. The house was in a convenient location right off 30a and a 5 minute walk to the beach. The floor plan made it easy to figure out sleeping arrangements. I also appreciated how everything was labeled and there was an iPad with reminders on when to take out trash, etc. Everything was well thought out and we had a great time - felt like home.

Family Beach Vacation

The house was perfect for our family. Lots of room for the 12 of us, which included two toddlers, who needed their own rooms. Very short walk to the beach, and a great pool to come back to. Owner is super nice and responsive.

What a great week celebrating our 50th Anniversary

Our family loved this home, 17 of us all ages from 70’s down to 1. There was space, easy access to beach and a pool to enjoy. This is definitely the best stocked rental home we have been in from the kitchen, beach gear, pool toys and bikes. We loved that it is tucked away on a private road away from the busyness of 30A. Would not hesitate to return for another wonderful week on the beach.

Beautiful and spacious

8 adults and 8 kids spent a week in this lovely house making memories and we had a wonderful time. There are so many well thought out additions: ice maker in the garage, two refrigerators and two dishwashers, ample room for games, relaxing, and plenty of laughs. We loved it!

Wonderful memories made at this lovely home

Our entire extended family - our 3 boys with their wives and 9 grandchildren enjoyed a wonderful week at Seacrest. I especially loved the multiple decks with the views of the ocean. This home was so well equipped with everything we would need from every kitchen utensil to bikes, chairs and umbrellas. The location was perfect.
