Large Family trip

Great trip with large family. Everything we needed and more. All ages had everything we needed from beach toys to beach chairs and towels. Perfect house and great location. Thanks for a great vacation! Even on rainy days plenty to do inside with games and pool table and shuffleboard!

Beautiful home and communication

The property and home is beautiful! Sue and her husband consistently communicated with us and took care of the only issue we had immediately. I would rent this home again or any property they own because they not only take care of their home but care that their guests have an amazing experience! There is so much to do in this area and in and around the home. We had a great week filled with fun, family, friends and made some great memories. Book the home, you won’t be disappointed

The house is wonderful, plenty of bedrooms with private bathrooms for each. We loved having all of the game tables and had several game nights. The pool was perfect when the beach was too windy. The private beach access was the best, never crowded and just a short walk from the home. The home had everything you could think of for cooking, sleeping, and staying entertained. Plenty of beach chairs, toys, and floats. Our teens enjoyed riding the bikes. The neighborhood is quiet and felt safe to run or walk in without the traffic of the main road. The kitchen has every utensil and appliance you might need and more. Having the extra refrigerators was great for keeping drinks cold and having plenty of food for our families. The beds were comfortable and we even saw there were pack n plays for families with small infants or toddlers. We would love to stay again!

Gorgeous house and great experience

My family and I loved the house. It was perfect size for our big family and was located in a great area. The beach was no crowded at all and was great for the kids to have fun and for the adults to relax. I would recommend this house to anyone.

Wonderful Spring Break

We absolutely loved this house! We had 6 adults and 7 young people and everyone had plenty of room to spread out. Very close to beach. Will rent again. Owner was wonderful to work with.

Room for all of us

We were able to all be together in the living room with plenty of seating and room for the littles to play. The dining table fit all of us with chairs for everyone to eat at the same time. Such a special place for us to all be together!

2024 Family Beach Trip

The way the house is laid out was perfect for 6 families with kids. Small kids could go to bed upstairs and everyone else could hang out on the first two floors. While not beachfront, it is about as close as you can come--such a short walk!!! The pool and patio was ideal for a large group as well. This was the perfect house!

90th Birthday Family Celebration

We couldn't stop talking about how perfect the house, beach, and location was! This was the most "upscale" rental we have ever stayed in. The owners were responsive to questions and provided all the information we needed. There were tears when we left - we can't wait to visit again!

Gorgeous home and beach

6 couples enjoyed this property. We each had our own spacious room with en suite bath. The home was very clean and felt like a home… nicely decorated and furnished. The amenities that were helpful for a large group were 3 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, 2 washer/dryers, well stocked kitchen. Sue, the property owner, was very helpful and responsive. You can tell she takes pride in providing a quality rental home. The beach was amazing…seemed like we were there by ourselves. Water was clear. The only suggestion we have was to provide dressers in the bedrooms. Other than that A++. Thank you, Sue.

Perfect relaxation.

We've been to this area several times in the past as a group of adults and teens. There are about 18 of us. This house had just about everything we needed. Great spot for the teens and not as overrun as Seaside or even Rosemary. We loved the privacy of the neighborhood and of all the beaches we've been on, this was our favorite. Very private and quiet. There is a new Publix about a mile and a half from this house. The location is not really near anything which was fine for our group. We could take a long walk to a cute shopping/dining area ("The Big Chill," formerly the "Hub"), if you're up for the walk or a bike ride. Older teens were able to uber back and forth to Seaside with no issues and we still went to the Rosemary Beach Sunday market. Loved our week in the Panhandle and this house fit our needs.

Beautiful memories

My husband and I took our children and grandchildren to stay at this beach house. We had a total of 13 of us, of all ages. We had a wonderful visit! The location of the home is perfect! The small community/neighborhood it’s in is so lovely, and is well maintained. We so appreciated the proximity to the beach as well. It made spending time there very easy. The beach itself is absolutely gorgeous! Stunning, white sand, and beautiful, and perfect temperature ocean! We found the beach to be quite uncrowded too! The home itself is such a special place. It had a lot to offer, with such pretty and spacious kitchen/gathering places, very beautiful and large bedrooms, with really comfortable beds, amazing activities available, between the pool table, the shuffleboard table, foosball table, etc. and the pool was a big hit! We also found that the swimming pool there was a good size compared to other homes! Our grandkids spent a ton of time in the pool! People also enjoyed using the bikes to go on bike rides in the beautiful area. The place was very inviting, and clean! Sue was an exceptional host, and was very gracious in her responses to us! We were really impressed with how quickly she got back with us and how she wanted to make our stay so pleasant. She was a gem. We really appreciated that the area was peaceful and quiet. And that there was easy access to other special places close by as well! We are already missing this place! We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing vacation in an amazing house!

Our family just spent our second vacation at Sea the View! We loved it so much last year and house is so perfect for our families that we returned again this May! The house has everything we need! We were able to leave so many things at home this year because we knew how much would be available, especially for the beach! Our group includes 4 families and 3 young kids. Sleeping arrangements were amazing since this house has 4 king masters! My son loved the bunk bed and we were able to rent a crib for my little one (there is a pack in play provided if you prefer). We cooked most nights and enjoyed the gas grill outside and awesome kitchen inside. Since we stayed in May we paid extra to heat the pool and it was perfect. We loved taking the bikes (included as well) for rides in the morning! Beach access is very close and both of our trips we’ve had the beach basically to ourselves. Both porches have beautiful views and are perfect for relaxing, eating and star gazing outside! Sue was great to work with and was always very responsive to all of our questions! She really cares about the home and makes every effort for you to feel like it is your home when you are there! I’m sure my family will make another trip to Sea the View or Sea the View II at some point in the future!!

Can't wait to come back!

Every single thing about our vacation was amazing. At the top of the list was this amazing home, "Sea the View." We had 14 people in our group - and everyone had an amazing time. The beach is a VERY SHORT walk away so don't let this deter you from the location whatsoever. We were the only group on the beach in the area - it felt like our very own secluded stretch of sand! our group brought bikes so everyone had a bike and we would all go on bike rides to the surrounding "towns." This was a highlight for some..... The pool area was always being used as we had it heated for our week. The owners have thought of EVERYTHING. There is an outdoor shower, poolside, to dust the sand off of you. There are pool toys/inflatables for your use as well. Plenty of beach chairs for our group, as well as the use of the four bikes. Now - about the house. The layout is SMART. It is very functional, and worked perfect for the whole group. We loved gathering in the kitchen for breakfast each day and dinners in the evening. The leather reclining couches in the family room are AMAZING. Every single chair reclines and they are super comfortable! This was such a treat. It is truly a chef's kitchen. We cooked ALOT, and did a few gourmet meals as well. We had everything we needed and more. Plenty of dishes, utensils, etc. And you know there are THREE full refridgerators here right? :) Sue and her family have spared no expense! She was wonderful to work with from first point of contact through the week of our stay. We all had an amazing time and would love to come back next year.

THE BEST!

We absolutely loved this home! It’s beautifully decorated, clean and spacious. We had 5 families - 28 people (19 were kids) and this house was absolutely perfect! We were never crowded, the play areas on the first and third floors were great entertainment for all the kids! They loved the pool too! Each couple had ample space in their master suites and the kids loved the bunk rooms! It’s so close to the beach and we loved the gated community and private beach! Even though we were there during fall break and 30a was crowded, our beach wasn’t at all! We will definitely be back! Many great memories were made AND UT beat Alabama!😁🧡

Do not miss out on this house!

The house we had reserved fell through at the last minute due to Hurricane Ian. I messaged about this house Saturday morning for a check in the same day. My messages were returned quickly and she was wonderful to work with for such a last minute booking. The house was amazing. Much nicer than the photos even show. It had everything we could possibly need for the house and the beach as well. There was so much room for all the people in our group. We had a problem with the air conditioner on one floor and it was handled quickly and efficiently. We would love to come back to this property in the future!

Fantastic Beach Vacation

I was so impressed by all of the amenities including beach supplies and bikes. The house was perfect for 18 of us ranging from 7-79. Bunks rooms were wonderful and space to spread out was great. Also loved the big eating area and kitchen with ample living room area. Was a really fun vacation.

We live in Franklin, Tn - just outside of Nashville. We love 30A with its bright white sand and sparkling blue water, great restaurants and outdoor activities - music at the Big Chill and great weather.
We purchased this lot in 2012 and built our 1st beach house. In 2021 we did a major renovation - totally renovating and expanding the house to its current look. We love sharing our home and 30A and hope you enjoy this place as much as we do. 30A has grown tremendously during this time - which makes us appreciate our private little circle even more.

Why they chose this property

We think this is the best location for two reasons - its close proximity to everything 30A has to offer coupled with the private nature of our small community with exceptionally large lots. It is easy to park, go to the beach and enjoy the grassy yard. The beach is never crowded. We are close to major attractions like Alys Beach, Rosemary, the BIg Chill, Panama City Beach and the Airport. Easy access to bike path, private heated pool, private beach access to perfect white sandy beaches and spectacular gulf views!! A "no hassles" vacation with plenty of space to unwind, a fully stocked house along with plenty of private parking make this the perfect place to come with a large or small group! The house is great for multi-generations of families and friends.

What makes this property unique

We designed this home with groups in mind. We have large spacious rooms where the whole group can hang out together (or alone) and extra spaces for the kids to chill, moms can chat and dads can bond. If you need your own space you will find that too. We try our best to stock the house full of everything you need (from cribs to sand toys) so you can enjoy your say hassle free! Easy and ample parking!
