Casa Maia is a modern and graceful apartment located on a hillside, facing the sea. It sleeps four people. From Casa Maia you will enjoy a broad view of the sea and of the greenery. Casa Maia is 60 square meters (645 square feet). It features a private patio with a view of the sea and a private garden.
You will be roughly 8 km (5 miles) from Sciacca, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest restaurant, a grocery store and the beach at 6 km (roughly 3.7 miles). You will reach Casa Maia from the parking area along a short walkway that is flat and includes approximately two stairway steps.
To stay at Casa Maia you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a parking lot. The parking space is suitable for up to two cars.
Please kindly note. The rental price includes: electricity; linens; towels. To be paid at the property:final cleaning EUR 20.00. Tourist tax, paid locally: EUR 1.00 per person per night. Guests aged under 12 are exempt.


This is one of two apartments which together make up a cottage. The other apartment may be occupied by other guests during your stay.
Patio
The patio is 15 square meters (160 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table and chairs. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. From the patio you will enjoy a charming view of the sea and of the greenery.
Garden
The garden is 300 square meters (3230 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by trees. It is equipped with chairs, a sun umbrella and a sun lounger. From the garden you will enjoy a splendid view of the sea and of the greenery.
Living Room
The furnishings of the living room are modern and comfortable. The furnishings include an armchair. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through a double-glazed French door. The room also has a double-glazed window with a view of the garden and of the sea.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a double-glazed window with a view of the countryside.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a double-glazed window which overlooks the parking lot.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The bathroom has a double-glazed window with a view of the countryside. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
