Lovely stay in Mazan

It‘s a marvelous, pretty house with a breathtaking garden. We had a very relaxing stay. Also our hosts were very sweet and gave us hints about excursions and teir favourite restaurants.

This is the second year that we have spent time at the wonderful Gîte St Joseph. Our hosts, Michel and Véronique, have created the perfect base for a holiday to remember and go out of their way to be supportive and welcoming. With its tasteful decor and furnishings, all household necessities provided, air-conditioning (essential during this year's prolonged heatwave), extensive landscaped garden and beautiful swimming pool, you have everything in place to make the most of your time in this idyllic corner of Provence. We are already planning to return for a third time.

Wonderful gite

My family enjoyed a wonderful holiday in Gite St Joseph. The gite is very comfortable and well equipped, with everything required for self catering. The beds are very comfortable and we left after two weeks feeling very well rested. My children spent many happy hours in the pool and the garden is large and peaceful. The gite is well located with many shops, bakeries and restaurants nearby. The hosts Michel and Veronique are very kind and welcoming. Overall an extremely positive experience - to be recommended.

Outstanding gite

We loved out stay at Gite St Joseph. The house was clean, comfortable and probably better equipped than my own home. We could not have asked for more. The aircon was a blessing in the 30c+ temperatures. Outdoors, the pool was perfect, the garden a delight, and we greatly enjoyed watching the red squirrels while listening to the buzzing of bees in the lavender and the sound of the cicadas. Our hosts were friendly, helpful and very welcoming. They had thought of everything. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

Absolutely wonderful Villa !

The villa was stunning , beautiful gardens , large pool everything you could wish for . The photos on VRBO don’t do this wonderful property justice …it’s far better. The hosts were delightful and had provided all basics and more . The store cupboard had all ingredients you could possibly need inc rice , pasta , sugar , flour , honey , jams and great herbs apart from meats, cheese etc we had to buy very little. Copious supply of linen , towels etc. The villa was in a great position to explore the local area , about 3km from small town of Mazan , few nice bars and restaurants . Supermarket close by , lots of fresh bakers in the town for fresh daily baked bread . We would highly recommend this property.

Fabulous Place To Stay

The Gîte St Joseph is, quite simply, an amazing place to stay. The accommodation is exceptionally clean, modern and stylish. The hosts, Michel and Véronique, have thought of every detail, providing all you could possibly need for a care-free and comfortable stay. They are the perfect hosts; welcoming, friendly and helpful, yet also very discreet. The spacious, air-conditioned house is set in its own private grounds within which Michel has designed an extensive garden. It is a wonderful place to relax in truly beautiful surroundings with flowers, trees, meandering pathways and, of course, the private swimming pool. With artistic flair and skill Michel and Véronique have created a little corner of paradise for one to enjoy. We definitely hope to return soon and thank them for a wonderful stay. Ray and Susan

Wir haben zwei tolle Wochen im Ferienhaus von Michel und Veronique verbracht. Das Haus ist blitzsauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und lässt keine Wünsche offen, auch was die Ausstattung der Küche angeht. Der Garten mit seinen verschiedenen Bereichen ist traumhaft und der beheizte Pool das absolute Highlight für die Kids. Es stand sogar jede Menge (Wasser)Spielzeug zur Verfügung.Wir wurden von den Vermietern sehr herzlich empfangen, und der Vorrats- und Kühlschrank waren mit allerhand Leckerem gefüllt, das haben wir so noch nie erlebt. Die Lage der Gite ist perfekt für viele Ausflüge und Unternehmungen. Einziger Wermutstropfen während unseres Aufenthaltes waren die Stechmücken, ohne die wir abends sicher länger draußen gesessen hätten, das bringt der schöne alte Baumbestand wohl leider mit sich.

Prachtig verblijf in een heel rustige omgeving maar toch nabij supermarkt, bakker, …Heel vriendelijke ontvangst en goede communicatie met de eigenaar. Alles is echt voorzien in het huisje. We werden vriendelijk ontvangen en kregen er een uitgebreide rondleiding. Er was zelfs eten voorzien zodat we niet direct boodschappen moesten doen.Heerlijke tuin met veel schaduwplekjes, het is er zalig vertoeven. Een top-adresje!

Dieses Ferienhaus war mit Abstand die beste Unterkunft, die wir je gebucht haben. Alles neuwertig und absolut sauber. Ein erster Vorrat an Lebensmitteln ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Der Garten und der Pool sind ein Traum, wie im Paradies. Michel und Véronique sind tolle Gastgeber, haben uns zu Beginn alles perfekt erklärt. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es einige schöne kleine Dörfer sowie Wanderwege entlang der Lavendelfelder. Auch der Mont Ventoux ist problemlos zu erreichen.

Nous avons passé des super vacances. Les hôtes sont très sympathique. La maison correspond en tout point à l'annonce... et même un peu plus. Les petites attentions, comme des boissons fraiches et des glaces qui vous attendent à votre arrivée, sont assez appréciables après un long trajet. Le calme de la propriété est propice à la détente sans être loin de tout. Commerces et restaurant accessible en vélo. Bref tout était parfait...

Perfekte Ferien

Wir durften zwei tolle Ferienwochen im Gite St. Joseph verbringen. Das Haus und der Garten sind noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett, waren bei unserer An- und Abreise sehr flexibel und halfen bei Fragen gerne weiter. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und voll klimatisiert, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Besonders nett und grosszügig war, dass bei unserer Ankunft bereits einige Vorräte im Schrank waren. Der Pool ist beheizt und hat eine gute Grösse. Im Garten hat es viele Schattenplätze, so dass man sich auch bei heissem Wetter wohlfühlt. Die Umgebung ist unglaublich ruhig, man kann in diesem Ferienhaus richtig gut entspannen. Besonders am frühen Morgen kann man Eichhörnchen beobachten, aber auch diverse Vögel, Eidechsen und Nachbars Katze waren oft zu Besuch. Dieses Haus war für uns perfekt und wir hoffen, dass wir bald wieder im Gite St. Joseph Urlaub machen können.

Weekje ontspannen

We voelden ons in dit huisje als god in Frankrijk, genieten in de mooie grote tuin, groot verwarmd zwembad en wat ontspannen met petanque of pingpong. Het huisje zelf heeft ook alle comfort, vooral de airco die je per kamer apart kan instellen is zeer aangenaam. Ook de gastheer en -vrouw waren zeer vriendelijk. Een top verblijf!

Un accueil au top ( le meilleur de toutes nos locations), gîte très propre et fonctionnel. Côté literies parfait. Les petits déjeuner sur la terrasse 👌au calme accompagnés du chant des oiseaux et aussi des écureuils 🐿 Pour le quotidien un centre commercial à -de 5kms. Un grand merci à Michel et Veronique pour leur gentillesse et l’excellent séjour.

Unser schönstes Ferienhaus

Bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr herzlich von unseren sympathischen Vermietern Michel und Véronique empfangen, die uns freundlich in das moderne, sehr saubere und liebevoll eingerichtete Haus und den gepflegten Garten mit Pool einführten. Über den großzügigen Willkommensgruß mit Wein und leckeren regionalen Delikatessen freuten wir uns sehr! Zusätzlich war der Kühlschrank mit Getränken gefüllt und das Eisfach mit leckerem Eis. Die Küche ist sehr gepflegt und perfekt mit allen Küchengeräten eingerichtet - Gewürze und weitere Kochzutaten sind vorhanden. Die Schlafzimmer sind geschmackvoll mit selbstgemalten Bildern der Provence verschönert und mit sehr großen Schränken – zwei Zimmer mit wunderschönen, antiken Bauernschränken - ausgestattet. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Der riesige, gepflegte Garten war mit seinen alten, großen Bäumen und schönen Beeten ein Traum – sogar ein Kirschbaum zum Ernten stand uns zur Verfügung! Über Wege durch den Garten gab es mehrere Sitzmöglichkeiten auf einer Bank oder in der Nähe der eigenen Boulebahn. Der Garten war nicht einsehbar und bot absolute Ruhe. Das Highlight für uns war der beheizte Pool, der eine konstante Temperatur von 28 Grad hatte und täglich von uns genutzt wurde. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen und erholsamen Urlaub in einem Traumferienhaus und kommen sehr gerne wieder und können das Ferienhaus jedem weiter empfehlen!

Schönes Grundstück und vollausgestattetes Haus

Wir waren hier eine Woche im Juli und hatten eine schöne Zeit. Die Ausstattung des Hauses lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Garten ist sehr groß und bietet für die ganze Familie viele Orte für Spiel und Entspannung. Der Pool ist ausreichend groß um ein paar Schwimmzüge zu tun. Nur die Moskitos trieben uns abends manchmal frühzeitig und Haus. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es viele schöne Orte zu entdecken.

Séjour très agréable

des propriétaires chaleureux et aux petits soins pour leurs hôtes avec des petites attentions qui ont été très appréciées par toute la famille. Maison très propre, fonctionnelle où rien ne manque et très calme. beaucoup de choses à visiter dans la région mais pas eu le temps de tout voir aussi si nous devions revenir dans la région nous reviendrons chez vous avec plaisir !

Merveilleux gîte au pied du Ventoux

Tout était parfait pour ce merveilleux séjour, la maison a un charme fou (elle est vraiment plus grande que sur les photos), très bien équipée. Le jardin et la piscine sont tout simplement splendides. Il n’y a aucun vis-à-vis et l’environnement est vraiment très calme. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par des propriétaires adorable. Nous ne sommes jamais déçu avec nos location sur Abritel, mais ce séjour a été notre meilleure expérience.

Véronique und Michel haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Sie haben uns alles gut erklärt. Zusätzlich gibt es eine ausführliche Dokumentation zu allen Geräten in Haus und Garten. In der Küche befand sich bereits eine grosszügige Auswahl an feinen Lebensmitteln für uns. Das Haus und der Garten sind in einem top Zustand und werden von den Gastgebern liebevoll gepflegt. Véronique und Michel sind zwei liebenswerte Menschen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Tout d’abord nous avons été très bien accueillis par Véronique et Michel, personnes très chaleureuses qui avaient prévu pour nous plein de petites surprises. Le gîte était pour nous parfait, agréable et confortable (il ne manquait rien). La belle piscine était chauffée à notre arrivée et nous sommes restés émerveillés devant le jardin qui est de toute beauté. Tout était très propre et la literie très confortable. Il ne manquait rien tant pour les adultes que pour les enfants. Séjour inoubliable.

Dit is genieten van een prachtig verblijf in een rustige omgeving. De eigenaars van de vakantiewoning zijn heel vriendelijk. We werden hartelijk ontvangen door heel lieve mensen. Top vakantiehuis Wij komen hier zeker terug. Super vakantie gehad.
