Villa Maristella is a spacious two-story villa located right on the beach. It sleeps ten people. From Villa Maristella you will enjoy a spectacular view of the sea and of the coastline. Villa Maristella is 240 square meters (2600 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, direct access to the beach and to the sea, a private terrace, a private patio with a view of the sea, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 2 km (1.2 miles) from Casteldaccia, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest restaurant at 800 meters (880 yards) and the beach at 10 meters (approximately 33 feet). You will reach Villa Maristella from the parking area going up approximately four stairway steps.
To stay at Villa Maristella you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, inside the entrance gate.

Direct Access to the Sea
From the property you will have a direct access to the sea and to a public gravel beach. You will reach it from the villa going down approximately six stairway steps.
Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 10 meters (33 feet) long, 1.2 meters (4 feet) deep. The area is equipped with a table, chairs, sun umbrellas, deck chairs, sun loungers and an external shower. This area is also equipped with sofas and armchairs. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a thrilling view of the beach and of the sea and of the coastline. The pool is open all year round.
Patio
The patio is 25 square meters (270 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a porch. It is equipped with armchairs and with a table, chairs and a swing. In the patio you will find a children's playground. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. From the patio you will enjoy a marvelous view of the sea and of the swimming pool.
Verandah
The verandah is 30 square meters (320 square feet) large. You will be able to reach it from the swimming pool area. Is equipped with sofas and armchairs, and you will find a satellite television (local channels). You will find a table and chairs. There is also a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a six-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. From the verandah you will enjoy a broad view of the swimming pool. The verandah is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom 1
The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a hydromassage shower and a hairdryer. Here you will also find a washing machine. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the verandah.
Bottom FloorLiving Room
The furnishings of the living room are comfortable. The furnishings include two sofas and two armchairs. In this room you will find a large flat-screen satellite television (local channels) and a CD player with FM radio. From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. The room has three windows with a view of the patio. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Dining Room
You will be able to enter the dining room from the living room. The dining table can accommodate ten guests. The room has three windows with a view of the surrounding houses. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room through an access area. It is very well equipped, with a five-burner gas cooker, two electric ovens, an American-style refrigerator with ice-maker, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!), a toaster and a kettle. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the patio. The room has a window with a view of the surrounding houses. The kitchen is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom 2
The second bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
Bathroom 3
The third bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
Top FloorTerrace
The terrace is 30 square meters (320 square feet) large. You will be able to enter it from the corridor. It is equipped with chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea and of the coastline.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a sofa. In this room you will find a flat-screen satellite television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea through a French door. The room has a window with a view of the sea and of the terrace. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a combo Jacuzzi bathtub with shower and a hairdryer.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a wrought iron matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a sofa. In this room you will find a flat-screen satellite television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the small balcony through two French doors. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the corridor. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches), that can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements).
