Casa Oleandro A is an elegant and welcoming two-story independent house. It sleeps six people. From Casa Oleandro A you will enjoy a broad view of the surrounding countryside and of the sea at a distance. Casa Oleandro A is 170 square meters (1830 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool and a shared jacuzzi pool, a small private terrace, a reserved outdoor area, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 1.5 km (one mile) from the center of Chiavari, where you will find public transportation and the tourist port. You will find a number of restaurants, shops at 1 km (roughly 1100 yards), the stop for the local bus at 800 meters (2600 feet) and the closest beach (Lido di Chiavari) at 2 km (roughly 1.25 miles).
You will reach Casa Oleandro A from the street level without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Casa Oleandro A you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a parking space. The parking space is suitable for at most one car. The swimming pool is 3 meters (10 feet) large by 7 meters (23 feet) long, from 1.20 meter (4 feet) to 1.50 meters (5 feet) deep. The swimming pool has a rectangular shape and is deep from 1.5 meter (5 feet) to 2.9 meters (9.5 feet). The area is equipped with a table, chairs, sun umbrellas and deck chairs. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery and of the other buildings and of the sea at a distance. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use. The swimming pool is open from the end of May until the end of September.

The garden is 60 square meters (645 square feet). It features an above-ground heated jacuzzi pool with hydromassage with eight seats. The garden is partly shaded by characteristic trees. It is equipped with a table, chairs and sun umbrellas. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a pleasant view of the greenery, of the surrounding countryside and of the sea at a distance. You will share the garden with the guests staying at the complex, at another nearby apartment, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use.

The garden is 60 square meters (645 square feet). It is partly shaded by an imposing olive tree and by perfumed fruit trees. It is equipped with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella and two deck chairs. From the garden you will enjoy a broad view of the valley and of the sea at a distance.
Ground FloorLiving Room
The living room is paved with characteristic wood. The furnishings are warm and welcoming, and include a long sofa and three armchairs. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, a toaster and other small appliances. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the garden through two double-glazed French doors. The room also has a double-glazed window with a view of the garden. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom 1
The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the laundry room. Laundry room

The ceiling of the first bedroom is sloped and is made of wood. The room has a wooden matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a sofa. The room has a double-glazed large window with a view of the garden and of the sea at a distance, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. The ceiling is sloped and is made of wood. The room has a wooden matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a double-glazed window with a view of the garden and of the sea at a distance, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 3
You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the corridor. It has two wooden twin beds (80 cm/32 inches), that can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). The room has a window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom 2
The second bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a large fully-enclosed shower and a hairdryer. The bathroom has a double-glazed window with a view of the greenery and of the hills. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor. Bathroom 3
