We liked the views both ways mountains and valley. We loved the Spa passes for the hotel and also that you can go down in just bathrobe and slippers with the elevator. Very well equiped kitchen. Well I don’t think it is fixable but both me (last year) and my son in law (this year) had to go see the doctor to have a wooden splinter removed under anesthesia from very deep under our fingernail. It happened to both when we grabbed a doorhandle. The wood from the doors gives splinters very easily. So be careful there.

Le séjour c est très bien passé grand merci les remarques ont pour seul but, d améliorer le bien e

l appartement en général( literie de qualité déco ameublement l équipement de l appartement la vue le bois à disposition le départ tardif autorisé top ( merci Altipik ) les soucis de chauffage réglage température( un peu frais mais bois a disposition et mini chauffage impeccable ) les accès pour aller au SPA 1 seul badge pour déverrouiller l accès au bâtiment de l hôtel compliqué avec 7 personnes énormément de télécommande pour tv sono un peu compliqué pour simplement regarder la tv ( il doit y avoir un problème avec la bouteille de gaz du grill car nous n avons pas pu ouvrir ou fermer la bouteille grippée un contrôle serait pas mal comme annoncé , la poignée de la baie vitrée de l étage est peut être cassée à contrôler Le SPA pourrais faire un petit effort( pendant les vacances scolaire) au niveau des horaires pour les enfants ( car souvent les familles profite de faire des randonnées l après midi et ensuite aller au SPA en famille vers 17 h et les enfants doivent sortir à 18h00 ca fait un peu cher l entrée pour 3 enfants 120 frs pour 1h un peu de souplesse au lieu de faire la chasse aux enfants serait la bienvenue surtout si les enfants sont calme et ne dérange personne

Magnifique duplex pour un séjour en famille

-magnifique vue -logement très spacieux et aménagement au top! -Cuisine très bien équipée -le jacuzzi est un réel plus -emplacement idéal dans la station - la disponibilité et la gentillesse d’Altipik sont très appréciées! Jacuzzi à réviser de toute urgence : des pièces sont cassées, des buses ne fonctionnent pas, du coup l’eau est mal filtrée . L’eau a tourné à la fin du séjour, malgré le fait qu’on se douchait avant et qu’on n’avait pas de crème sur nous.

Nous sommes sincèrement désolés pour les désagréments que cela a pu vous occasionner. Information pour de futurs locataires: ce jacuzzi n'est pas en lien avec le Spa des Bisses auquel vous avez accès grâce aux pass mis à disposition dans l'appartement. Amélioration

L'emplacement, la taille des chambres, l'espace général de l'appartement, la vue, bref tout ) La jacuzzi est relativement vieux, et mériterait d'être changé au vu du reste du standing de l'appartement.

Les belles vacances sous la neige

Emplacement très pratique pour le ski. Un des meilleurs domaine pour un ski sportif. Le jacuzzi sur le balcon. La vue. L'accès au très beau spa de l'hôtel. Etant donné qu'il a beaucoup neigé durant notre séjour et que les remontées mécaniques sont en face de l'appartement, il y avait du bruit le matin vers 6:00 avec les engins qui tournaient et deneigeaient. Difficile à améliorer malheureusement. Cela n'empêche pas que nous reviendrions un long week-end cet hiver. Il faudrait envisager de décrocher la "toile" verte du salon qui n'est plus très "fraiche".

Standing hors norme. VUE à couper le souffle

La classe, parking dessous, Jacuzzi sur la terrasse, plus qu'à traverser la route et les remontées à moins de 100 m.!! Régulation du chauffage, escalier pour changer d'étage, assez froid à pieds nus, il faut étudier pour mettre un tapis. A voir

The perfect apartment

Very close to ski lift, fully equiped, close to shops, bakery, restaurants etc. Fully equiped for kids as well. We just love it, stayed there second time. Really not much, most negative is the long way to go there!
