Villa Carinzia is a splendid two-story villa which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps ten people. From Villa Carinzia you will enjoy a thrilling view of the sea, of Positano and of the Amalfi Coast. Villa Carinzia is 200 square meters (2150 square feet). It features panoramic private terraces with a view of the sea, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in the heart of Positano, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the stop for the Flavio Gioia bus interno Positano line at 120 meters (390 feet) and the closest beach (Fornillo Beach) at 450 meters (approximately 490 yards) including 270 stairway steps. You will reach Villa Carinzia from the street level along a 150-meters (490-feet) public walkway that cuts through a courtyard and includes approximately 25 stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Carinzia. If you do have one, you will be able to park it downtown, along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces) or in a private parking lot downtown (where a space can be reserved).

The landlords live on site, near the garden of the villa and will be discreetly available for you whenever you need.

The terrace is 60 square meters (645 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by an elegant porch. It is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas and deck chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a gorgeous view of the sea, of Positano and of the Amalfi Coast.
Garden
The garden is 150 square meters (1615 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by perfumed citrus trees. It is equipped with tables, chairs and deck chairs. From the garden you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea, of Positano and of the Amalfi Coast. The garden, which is for your exclusive use, is frequently crossed by the owners in order to reach their accommodations.
Bottom FloorLiving Room
The ceiling of the living room is vaulted. The furnishings are elegant and refined, and include some hand-made pieces by local artisans. The furnishings include sofas and armchairs. In this room you will find a grand piano, for decorative purposes only. There is an elegant fireplace. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline through three French doors.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is professional-grade, equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, a toaster and other small appliances. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the small terrace at the back of the house. The room also has two high windows.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include two small sofas. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning unit, and you will also find a safe and a mini refrigerator.
Bathroom 1
The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room through an access area.
Top FloorBedroom 2 - a suite with en-suite bathroom
This suite is made up by three interconnected rooms: a sleeping area, a sitting area and a bathroom. You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the through an access area. The furnishings are classic and welcoming, and include some hand-made pieces by local artisans. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a sofa and two armchairs. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a balcony with a marvelous view of the sea through two French doors. The room also has a large panoramic window with a nice view of the sea. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit, and you will also find a safe and a mini refrigerator. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, made of marble and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower, a jacuzzi bathtub and a hairdryer.

You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the corridor.
